Pros:

We loved everything about this hotel — the location, the beautiful view, and the wonderful owner. The cleanliness, the bed, and the entire room were excellent.

We absolutely loved Siena, and this accommodation made our stay even more enjoyable. Finding free parking close to the hotel was a great bonus, and the location was also very convenient, being close to the city center.

We also loved that we could start our day with a coffee and a croissant before heading out to explore the city.

Purtroppo molte cose. A partire dal bagno ceco con aspirazione non funzionante. Vano doccia a filo pavimento con tenda in nylon come si usava un secolo fa, prese al comodino non funzionanti, tv non funzionante, senza un armadio, aria condizionata gestita e tarata dalla direzione, si moriva di caldo, comodini con piani in vetro rotti e molto pericolosi, pulizia pessima, colazione con distributore automatico e ciliegina sulla torta...prezzo decisamente alto visto tutti gli aspetti negativi evidenziati. Le foto che vengono mostrate non rispecchiano la reale condizione.

Piacevole e confortevole
Pros:

Staff gentile, camera spaziosa e pulita, colazione non era inclusa ma è stata offerta dall hotel anche se minimal. Alcuni dettagli un po usurati, tipo pavimento in bagno ma piu estetici che funzionali.

Cons:

La posizione per chi viene in treno non è ottimale.

It's not a bad hotel as value for money if airconditioning works.

Cons:

Mine (room with balcony) didn't. I ask the receptionist to check it went I went for the city. She would take care of it but it still didn't work when I came back. There is no reception at night so I sent a message. Somebody did come within half an hour. I got another room, basic and at the streetside. Took 1,5 hour to get the room to a somewhat decent temperature. Not ideal when you want to go to sleep.
