Our stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end! We were delighted with a fantastic surprise at check-in when we got upgraded to an apartment, which made our holiday feel extra special.
The entire hotel team deserves recognition. Everyone—from the reception staff to the restaurant and bar teams, the massage therapist, and the housekeeping staff—was genuinely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay.
The hotel was spotlessly clean at all times. Our room was immaculate, the common areas were beautifully maintained, and the pool and sourrounding area very well looked after, making it a pleasure to relax there every day.
The food: a great variety of fresh and delicious dishes to suit every taste, kudos to the entire restaurant staff (main kitchen, grill stand, pizza guys, etc). We also enjoyed the drinks at the bar, thank you girls!
Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so memorable. We left with wonderful memories and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for winderful service, great food, outstanding cleanliness, and a truly relaxing stay. We can't wait to come back!

Also don't know if it was pure bad luck but we got disconnected few times from the wifi, might worth checking.

Faptul ca aveau mese bogate
Baia era murdara. Cand am raportat aceasta situatie la receptie mi s-a spus ca acela este modelul pietrei, iar apoi am venit cu filmare si le am aratat ca este mizerie. Le-am cerut sa ne curete baia bine si ne-au raspuns ca nu pot face asta, dupa ce abia ne instalasem si noi. Pe lângă asta, am făcut toxiinfecție alimentară în condițiile în care am mâncat doar în acest loc. Camerele, de asemenea murdare, mocheta murdară, pereți murdari, locurile care nu se văd de sub saltele, canapele, pline de mizerie.
Towels are not changed every day. It's unpleasant to shower with a towel from yesterday. Even at home, I don't reuse towels.
It was very clean and comfy beds. We got upgraded to a large room with a huge terrace wjich was great
Not enough sunbeds around the pool. Many unbeds are reserved with towels for the whole day and if you go later to the pool cannot find a free one.

Hotelul are cateva locuri de parcare, noi nu am avut noroc sa gasim loc liber, ni s-a spus ca sunt ocupate. Am cerut cateva informatii si cred ca atunci cand rezervi , sa iti rezervi cu loc de parcare . Trebuie intrebat si pretul. In acelasi loc cu parcarea hotelului exista locuri de parcare si se plateste la ,,băieții responsabili “- noi am platit 15 euro pe zi

המלון נקי ונראה חדשני, מיקום מצוין, אוכל טעים מאוד.
אין חדר כושר/ספא.
המים בבריכה היו קרים.
Mi-au plăcut extrem de mult toți tinerii care lucrează în hotel, la bar/restaurant. Geniali, mulțumim pt amabilitatea cu care ne-ați tratat și felicitări pt implicare. Mesele au fost bune, suficientă mâncare pt toată lumea, mulțumim pt atenție.
În cele 3 zile, din păcate, nu am găsit niciodată șezlong pt a ne bucura de piscina. Am sesizat faptul ca oaspeții își așezau prosoapele pe șezlong și plecau vreme buna. Am transmis recepției acest aștept si responsabilului cu zona respectiva și mi s-a spus ca nu se se fac rezervări, și dacă găsesc șezlong doar cu prosop sa il ridic și să îl ocup. Nu am considerat ca este de datoria mea sa fac acest lucru, eu venisem pt relaxare. Poate o mai buna gestionare din acest punct de vedere. Și deși am primit un apartament și nu o cameră dublă, așa cum rezervasem, suntem recunoscători, însă cabina de duș nu se închidea, trebuia să stăm cu rândul pt a o ține complet închisă, dar apa tot curgea peste tot, de aceea după fiecare baie trebuia să ștergem apa.

הכל בשפע חופשי כולל אלכוהול. הכי הפתיע לטובה זו הבריכה. כל הבריכות מאד קרות בבורגס. הבריכה הזו לא היתה קרה בכלל והיא ממש כיפית. אני חושבת שבזכות זה הנופש היה נפלא. כי מלון בלי יכולת להכנס לבריכה זה ממש בעיה.
5 דקות מהחוף, צמוד לסופרים למרות שלא צריך כי זה הכל כלול. ובאמת הכל היה כלול. אפילו שודרגנו חינם לסוויטה. יש פעילות של צוות בידור במלון. מלון למבוגרים בלבד, ללא רעש של ילדים, מוזיקה בבריכה. נקי, חדש ומצוחצח.
