Comfortable
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.

What made my experience even better was the amazing staff. Special thanks to Saif from the reservations team, Eman at the reception, and Boulos from the reception as well. They were incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with a smile.

As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe and comfortable during my stay, which meant a lot to me. The location was also perfect. I attended a wedding nearby and visited the Egyptian Museum the next day. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to both the museum and the Pyramids.

Thank you for making my stay so pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

A szobák tiszták voltak, a személyzet pedig kedves és rugalmas. A késői kijelentkezésnek nem volt felára, kérésre kisbuszos reptéri transzfert is biztosítottak.

Cons:

A képek és a szállás neve alapján tetőteraszra számítottunk, ez nem volt. Az előre kifizetett vacsoráról valószínűleg megfeledkeztek és egy közeli helyről hozták át nekünk. Csak két nem túl jó opcióból lehetett választani; ha ezt tudjuk, akkor ezért nem fizettünk volna.

Pros:

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Niets was ze teveel en stonden altijd voor je klaar.

Établissement proche du GEM.
Disponibilité du personnel.

Cons:

Mauvaise odeur dans la chambre et pas de tv fonctionnelle.
L’hôtel a eu la gentillesse de me changer de chambre mais la seule disponible sentait très fort le tabac froid.
Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées on entend la rue et les va-et-vient des chambres voisines.

Very bad experience
Cons:

The hotel was a floor in a residential building, rooms were just around the reception, also when they opened the room a street cat came out from it 😳, they said the visitors used to feed it ,that is why it goes inside the room, and they didn't saw her when it enters the room. I had to cancel my booking and now it has been more than a week and I didn't get my money back

Находится недалеко от пирамид. Чисто. Есть холодильник, чайник. Персонал отзывчивый. За свои деньги хороший вариант.

Заселили в комнату без окон. Комнату приходилось проветривать открывая входную дверь
