Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. One thing we particularly appreciated was how easy it was to find. The hotel has a clear sign on the building and is located on the main street, approximately 500 metres from the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM).

This was especially important for us because we arrived around midnight with our three children. After a long journey, it was a great relief to find the hotel easily without having to search for it late at night.

Very comfortable, good breakfast each morning, nearby the pyramids and GEM

Cons:

On the first night we were placed in another hotel that was of far inferior quality to the Royal Crown Hotel. They said it was because they had no rooms left due to a concert that night. It was disappointing that there was no heads up about this beforehand, especially as we booked the room a long time in advance. It was a bit of a hassle having to move rooms on the second day. If it weren’t for this I’d have given the hotel a very very strong rating.

Comfortable
Pros:

This was my first time in Egypt traveling with my elderly mum and her first time to travel. This place gave us a warm welcome and made it easy for us to move around. It’s a small hotel but convenient Muhamed at reception was amazing. Arranged all our tour guides also helped with socket plug. Break fast was minimum same for 2 days we were there. But gave us a good start.

Cons:

No Fruits for breakfast.

This place is responsive with excellent staff,super clean, comfortable beds, 1.5km from pyramids and GEM, no loud Mosque, quiet and easy for Uber to find. I lived all over Cairo I wish I found this place earlier. Staying one month

Pros:

チェックインの時間よりも随分早く到着してしまいましたが、融通をきかせてチェックインさせてくれました。

Pros:

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was close to the pyramid. The staff - Noor, Fatma, Mohammed, and Ali were wonderful. Especially much love to dear Noor and Fatma for their sweet hospitality and warmth that made us feel like home. Fatma was kind enough to make Indian style ginger tea with milk for us in the mornings. We would love to come back to Cairo and stay with this family again 💜💜💜
