Pros:

Size was ok, beds comfortable, good conection with the center. Coffe shop, restaurant, pub perfect!

Pros:

Posizione strategica e funzionale

Cons:

Per due ospiti che rimangono 3 giorni avrei fatto trovare, almeno qualche prodotto per la doccia (non c'era nulla) e almeno un rotolo di carta igienica di riserva. Per il resto non ci aspettavano nulla. Era presente un frigo (attivo ma vuoto) utile se si voleva lasciare qualche bottiglia d'acqua e soprattutto non dare il servizio climatizzazione, mi dispiace, non è concepibile. Inviterei a rivalutare questa scelta (piuttosto che chiedere un supplemento all'arrivo dell'ospite)

Cons:

De communicatie. Ik kreeg appjes die ik niet vertrouwde en ja! Ze waren gehackt. Dus vooral geen creditcard gegevens doorgeven.Bijna in Milaan kreeg ik een appje dat ik selfies moest maken van ons mét paspoort en mijn fiscaal nummer doorgeven. Ik ging er van uit dat dat weer een hack was. Want dit heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt. Vooral de vraag naar mijn fiscaal nummer vond ik verdacht. Maar het bleek toch te kloppen, na veel gedoe. Foto’s gestuurd, maar niet mijn fiscale nummer. Toen kreeg ik de code om binnen te komen.
Lang vantevoren heb ik gevraagd of het een probleem was dat wij pas tegen 10 uur ‘s avonds aan zouden komen. Daar hebben we nooit een reactie op gehad. Pas toen we bijna in Milaan waren kwamen ze met die app.
Vantevoren had ik doorgegeven dat ik tijdens de reis bereikbaar was via 2 andere mailadressen. Dat is niet genoteerd. Bij thuiskomst had ik een mail over waar de sleutel te laten. Niet op tafel dus, zoals eerder geappt. Die zullen ze daar toch wel gevonden hebben. Kortom: de communicatie is waardeloos. Ze hebben daar zóveel appartementen, dat zou beter moeten kunnen. Het appartement was héél sober. Een bank waarop je niet kon zitten, vier keukenstoelen. Dus lekker zitten was er niet bij . In de kast 2 glazen. Dus een glas wijn combineren met een glas water kon niet. Niks om het gezellig te maken. Er zat een mierennest in de hoek, die hebben we met natte lapjes weggehouden.

Pros:

It was spacious enough for 2 people, Had easy and good parking and a lift. The lounge and kitchen were air conditioned and a washing machine and iron. It was secure and my apartment was quiet. The kitchen had functionality with enough pots and pans, and crockery for 2 people. The bathroom was functional and spacious.
The host was prompt to contact me to give instructions for entry but unless you are checking in within the specified hours you need to pay the city tax on line which can be a bit anxiety provoking.

Cons:

There was no air con for the bedroom and as the mosquito screen in that room was missing so the room was hot. Beds were hard.
The furniture was very old and particularly the kitchen was very rough.
There was no bath or kitchen soap provided except for 2 very small soap cakes in the bathroom sink. 1 roll of toilet paper was provided , no spare.
The apartments are at least a 20 minute walk to the train station with little to no footpaths or shade. No supermarkets nearby
