nice towels,
functioning elevator,
good size for 2/3 people,
Receptionist Cristiano was friendly

Cons:

The entire building strongly smelled like cigarette smoke, any appliance with a fan (hairdryer and A/C smelled like smoke).
No iron present, though advertised, only an ironing board was present.
Very warm, had to argue to get A/C turned on, but it didn't help much.
The mosquito screen wouldn't reach the floor (thankfully it is early for mosquitoes now).
No shelf in the shower for products.
Conflicting info for check out between WhatsApp and booking.com.
The price was slightly too high for the quality, especially for the discrepancies between what is advertised and offered.
Transport is available only for a limited time (direct to city center until 6/7 pm), and it is really difficult to call a taxi if you do not have a local phone number (not the fault of the admin, just pointing it out for future visitors).

Gute Übernachtung für kurzen Zwischenstopp
Pros:

Saubere große Unterkunft, Betten etwas klein, Fußweg in die Stadt mindestens 20min entlang der Straße. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten

Soggiorno tranquillo, ma considerato il costo richiesto dovrebbero fornire ciò che ho descritto
Pros:

Abbastanza vicino a Milano. Vicinissimo al centro di Pavia. Vicini grandi supermercati.

Cons:

Avrei gradito, essendo arrivato di sera sul tardino, trovare una boccettina di shampoo/bagnoschiuma (in bagno solo una saponettina tipo albergo), un flacone di un prodotto igienizzante per le superfici (tavoli, ecc), un flaconcino di sapone per i piatti, un rotolo di carta tipo Scottex (nel bagno solo un rotolo di carta igienica), e in cucina almeno del sale, delle bustine di zucchero, una bottiglina piccola di olio. L'appartamento era comodo (anche se giudico sotto la sufficienza la rete del letto), ma non costerebbe nulla dotarlo di alcune cose indispensabili che poi ho acquistato il giorno dopo al supermercato. Se lo gestissi io lascerei al cliente anche un pacco di pasta italiana e il minimo indispensabile per una "spaghettata di soccorso" per chi arriva tardi. In fondo non costerebbe nulla (se possibile). Ma gli igienici sono fondamentali!!! In doccia non c'era una piccola mensola per poggiare lo shampoo e/o il bagnoschiuma. Al pianoterra c'è una tipica macchinetta a monete per acqua, bibite, caffè, merendine. Nell'appartamento non ho trovato acqua in frigo, neanche una bottiglietta, quindi portate con voi delle monetine per poter accedere alla citata macchinetta.
