Awful room - avoid!
Pros:

The location was fine

Cons:

The Room was in the basement.
It was dirty.
The TV only had a few channels and the remote was so dirty and worn out you couldn’t use it
The bathroom had what looked like blood on the walls.
The inner fire exit was insecure, the room was insecure from people trying to in from the street.
The room window was insecure.
The internet was so bad that my phone went into airplane mode.
There was damp in the bathroom.
The hallway had bad repairs inside the room.
There were sticking out nails to catch yourself on.
All in all a very bad experience and I felt unsafe.

Vores værelse lå langt ned i en klæder hvor der ikke noget vindue var og derved ingen udluftning på værelset eller badeværelset. , og ikke tilstedeværende personale.

Great value for money hotel !
Pros:

This is the 3rd time this year I have stayed at this
hotel & its now my go to place if I visit London. The staff are helpfull, the rooms are small but clean & the shower is strong. The location is excellent. 3 minutes away from from the underground station which is in road that has loads of eateries & a decent pub. If you prefare a walk it's a 20 minute stroll to Portabello market and Hyde Park is just over the road.

Сначала заселили в номер без нормального проветривания. Спустя два дня переселили в другой номер, но без просьб этого бы
Pros:

Месторасположение.
Утюг.
Приветливый персонал.
Сносный завтрак.

Cons:

Сначала заселили в душный номер с крошечным окном и без кондиционера. Звезд не 4, а 3. Соотвественно не было зубных наборов и тапочек.
На ресепшен смогли предоставить лишь один адаптер для британской розетки (европейские не подходят).
