Pros:

Katerain je v Opavě sázka na jistotu. Pokoje jsou pohodlné, recepce funguje, jak má a restaurace umí kvalitou jídel překvapit v pozitivním slova smyslu.

Cons:

Uzenina na snídaních je mizerná, slanina věčně není, párky nejsou k jídlu nic moc a chybí obyčejná voda (bez citronu a máty).

Příjemný personál, dobré vybavený pokoj, standardní a dobrá snídaně v příjemném prostředí. Úžasné okolí hotelu.

Cons:

V mém pokoji bylo přecezen trochu slyšet, když někdo používal výtah, což ale naštěstí nebylo často.

Blízko centra, čistota, dostatečné místo k parkování, hezké prostředí. Klidně bych volil zas.
Pros:

Líbilo se mi všechno, byl jsem spokojený. Jen jsem pobýval příliš krátkou dobu, než abych mohl vyzkoušet wellness a restauraci. Pak by bylo hodnocení nejspíš vyšší. Ocenil jsem, že mně nechali parkovat ještě celý odjezdový den zdarma a zcela ochotně.

Cons:

Je to jen drobnost, ale stálo by za to zvážit větší množství TV stanic.

Krásná restaurace. Hotel blízko centra.

Cons:

Pokoj s okny k hlavní silnici. Příšerné vedro na pokoji. Pokoj by zasloužil generální úklid . Snídaně byly ze strany hotelu brány spíše jako pivinost - vajíčka,parky, a bábovka.

Příjemné spaní, ochotný personál, krásné posezení u restaurace

Cons:

Jediné co určitě bude chybět teď v létě je klimatizace. Přes víkend bylo cca 22 °C a docela teplo
