it was okay stay not happy with the brand as they advertise.
Pros:

only the cleanliness but washrooms were okay.

Cons:

Complimentary breakfast was not at all good. I had to arranged from outside. Washroom can be more cleaner. Services you had to call for complementary things and then only you can get it. that to they charged me for water which was complimentary. staff that way cooperative but can be more neat and tidy.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is very convenient, situated near Srirampura Metro in Bangalore. Several essential shops, including restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies, are also nearby, making it especially convenient for a family stay. The complimentary breakfast was very good and added to the overall comfort of our stay. The only concern for the management is that the bathroom in our allotted room was a little small, although there was additional space for the wash basin outside

It was an okay stay, satisfactory for one night but not ideal for longer and family stay.
Pros:

Staff was helpful. They changed rooms when asked for. Gave a decent size room and gave us additional items we asked such as as plastic chair for my mother to use while bathing.

Cons:

Initial room offered was very small. The bathroom was stinking. There was only one towel given. And the kettle point was unreachable to plug. They did not have cups in the room. Also dinner was delayed severely due to some maintenance activity

Pros:

Bathroom was stinking like I was standing next to an open sewer. Constant, 24 hours a day. Could not use the bathroom.
Had coffee the first morning and the used cup was there till I completed my stay. Nothing was replenished.
One day I left the hotel at 8:30 A.M. for the day and left my key at the reception to get the room cleaned, towel replaced etc. Nothing has been done till I got back at 5 p.m. I had to personally get the room cleaned by one of the staff and waited outside my room till it was done.
