Very nice and relaxing
I didn’t care for the main bed being up a ladder
The location, staff, cleanliness, and amenities were all great.
We had reserved one king bed but recieved a lofted room with the japanese beds. Still great, not a big deal.
Emplacement, accueil, propreté.
Rien
Good location. Many free amenities
Staff talks almost no English. The room felt like a basement
Great little hotel room. Everything you could need is provided (drinks, snacks, face and hair products, bath salts etc). Location was close to the nightclub scene, but still felt safe for our family to walk around at night. Short walk to the heart of Shinjuku.
Room did not seem well insulated so could hear a lot of street noise. Which was interesting when the karaoke girls bar was open next door
Its location ; the desk folk were very kind and helpful (despite the language difference) ... allowed me late checkout until 1300. Excellent reception area w lots of free food, drinks (wine and other adult drinks) plus other items. Private hot tub (see pic) on top deck was great after walking around all day
Did not allow early check in and 1500 means 1500. As expected though Japanese quarters were small
Great amenities (free snacks, alcohol, coffee, soda, personal care and beauty supplies, etc in the lobby), beautiful room, more spacious than other places in the area. Spacious bathroom with a TV in the tub. Bluetooth speakers on the ceiling in the bedroom. Private rooftop jacuzzi and sauna room for free, you just have to reserve a time.
On rainy days we noticed the windows were leaking water inside even though they were closed.
It’s a love hotel but I liked staying here alone. Big room (certain type is) with massage chair and the bath was great with lots of amenities and free snacks downstairs. Microwave, fridge and kettle were handy. Central location in Kabukicho with plenty to do in the area. Staff were friendly and helpful
Nothing
Room size , facilities and price
It needs more hook for hanging jackets. I recommend then adding hooks in the walls after the first doors. Then the jackets don’t need to get into the sleeping room
The rooftop private jacuzzi was nice (book for free).
There is also a hot tile floor room (I recommend laying on a towel).
The bed was comfortable.
The room was adequate.
There were many soaps, oils, etc. for skincare and haircare, which I have not seen before (I think this is found in Love Hotels).
The room was fine, but even with the free drinks and snacks and body-care products downstairs in the lobby, it feels too expensive.
The price-list for rooms at the front desk and outside the hotel suggest that we were overcharged on Booking.com.
I guess that's just Tokyo, though.
