Pagas el servicio que te dan, si buscas mejor limpieza y comodidad busca otro hotel.
Creo que lo que pagas es que estás en el centro, muy buena ubicación.

Terrible hotel!
Pros:

The location is decent, and the staff at both the hotel and the restaurant are friendly and attentive.

Cons:

The room was extremely dark and gave off an unpleasant feeling. The bed was very hard, and I also had concerns about the cleanliness, as the sheets had a bad smell.

On top of that, the room was incredibly noisy. I could barely sleep because it sounded as if people were coming into my room throughout the night.

To make matters worse, someone actually opened my door at around 4:00 a.m., which was quite frightening. I still don't understand how a hotel of this standard can have a three-star rating. It felt more like a cheap guesthouse than a hotel. It certainly was not worth the price paid, especially considering all of these issues.

Très charmant mais avec des conditions commerciales très rigides.
Pros:

La location et le fait qu'ils ont respecté la demande de loger dans l'annexe plus calme.

Cons:

La pression pour payer à l'avance via virement bancaire malgré le fait qu'ils ont la carte de crédit liée à l'application booking. J'ai dû négocier fortement pour payer en arrivant et en cash. Pas reçu la facture non plus. C'est ne pas normal.

Un hermoso transporte al pasado en el medio de la antigua

Excelente hotel en el centro de Antigua ambientado con un toque muy colonial uno se transporta a esos tiempos muy hermoso todo y bien conservado

La comidad de las camas, la tranquilidad del lugar(nos toco en la parte que tiene un patio interior), la ubicación del hotel.

Cons:

No hay teléfono en la habitación, falto incluir otro armario para acomodar ropa en la habitación.
Para el precio de la habitación el desayuno debería estar incluido.
El café no estaba bueno.
Me salió un pelo en uno de los desayunos y solo me cambiaron la comida pero igualmente me lo cobraron.
Siento que hay un servicio poco personalizado en el hotel.

La decoración bonita.

Cons:

Todos está prácticamente en otro lado, no en el hotel. El Parqueo, la piscina y no es que esté mal que lo tengan en otros hoteles, lo malo es que en la promoción ponen como que es propio dando a entender que está en el hotel.
