Pros:

Clean and I was well attended to by all the staff, both at the bar and at reception.

Cons:

Overall, the accommodation is good. The problem is that I got a single room next to a very noisy elevator. Every time someone pressed the elevator button, the noise came into the room.

Great experience, I would stay again. Housekeeping, please do better that was not good practice.
Pros:

*Customer service

Cons:

The fact that the room attendant flipped my bedding the other way round to appear I had fresh bedding. That was my only downside to my experience.

Location great everything else poor
Pros:

The location was great and the staff were mostly friendly. The outdoor pool was nice and towels provided.

Cons:

They were currently undergoing refurbishing the hotel but it is quite rundown. The room I stayed in needs redoing and the stairwell and walls were awful. No information was given prior to booking about the refurbishment but honestly a pain job will not help this hotel

Superb location with wide reaching views from the front. Nice public rooms. Great breakfast. Accomodation a bit tired.
Pros:

Booked at very short notice on a Saturday. Price wasn’t bad considering as an excellent and extensive breakfast was included.

Superb location, I particularly liked the art deco styling of the hotel and public rooms.

Parking is an extra £12 charge if you can find room in the small on-site car park. Parking on the clifftop road is free after 8:00pm, but pay using the app as the ticket machine struggles.

Staff were friendly and happy to move my room when my original one turned out to be rather noisy.

Cons:

Accommodation corridors were rather tired and the whole place could have done with a refresh (other than the public rooms).

I was in a single room as the hotel was pretty much booked out for a function. It was clean and comfortable, but also a bit tired and the occupants of rooms either side could be heard clearly.

Bathroom could definitely benefit from a revamp.

That said, I needed somewhere to sleep in Bournemouth on a Saturday at short/no notice. Beggars can’t be choosers and I imagine the breakfast would have been £15 if not included. Worked out cheaper than a Premier Inn and in the town centre.

Ticked the boxes for our overnight stay with kids
Pros:

Nice location and view when you walk out. Walkable to most things down a nice coastal path.

You can use the pool, sauna etc if the neighbouring hotel (it's not actually onsite) but only a couple of mins.

We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that.

The shower and bathroom were good and it was nice and clean.

Cons:

Overall dated but clean and does the job. The bunk beds are really noisy in the family so bear that in mind and maybe opt for an alternative set up.
