as camareiras foram muito gentis e educadas durante toda a hospedagem. O quarto em si também era enorme, bem equipado e a localização do hotel é excelente. Porém, todos esses imprevistos e a falta de atenção aos detalhes acabaram deixando a experiência bastante frustrante, especialmente por se tratar de um evento tão importante na vida de um casal como um dia da noiva.

Cons:

Reservei o hotel para um momento muito especial: meu dia da noiva e minha noite de núpcias. Justamente por isso, minha expectativa era viver uma experiência acolhedora e sem preocupações, mas infelizmente não foi o que aconteceu.

Antes da hospedagem, entrei em contato pelo chat do Booking para entender o procedimento de liberação dos meus fornecedores e a resposta demorou bastante. Quando finalmente responderam, orientaram que eu enviasse um e-mail. Enviei dois e nunca tive retorno.

Ao chegar, senti falta de qualquer cuidado especial no quarto, algo que eu esperava considerando a ocasião. Não havia sabonete nem para lavar as mãos e o banheiro apresentava mofo, o que causou uma impressão muito negativa. O interfone do quarto funcionava muito mal; tentei solicitar sabonete e o pedido nunca foi entregue. Além disso, a geladeira do quarto fazia um barulho bastante incômodo durante a estadia.
