Friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

Extremely bad in terms of cleanliness. Found few cockroaches inside the room on bed, floor and cupboards. Toilets could have been definitely better and cleaner. Exhaust was not working in toilet. Bad smell from AC. Windows were not insulated. Whole night dog sound and vehicle sound was evident

OK, safe, for short stay.

Staff doing their bit..

Cons:

Property needs some work. Wash basin in room 204 was not draining the water. A strange humming sound is persistent from bathroom. Uncomfortable to carry suitcases up a slope and steps before we enter lobby.
