HICE LA RESERVA Y DESPUES ELLOS NOTARON QUE SE HABIA HECHO CON NACIONALIDAD ESTADOUNIDENSE, DEBIERON COBRARME AL MOMENTO DE LA RESERVA EL EXCEDENTE QUE COBRAN CUANDO SE PAGA COMO COLOMBIANO, ES UNA TRISTEZA Y UNA FALTA DE RESPETO PORQUE ELLOS COMO HOTEL DEBEN ESTAR MAS AL TANTO DE LAS RESERVAS Y ASI NOS HUBIESEMOS EVITADO LA SITUACIÓN.

Cancelaron la reserva diciendo que Booking está mal y piden más dinero por la reserva.
Cons:

Me dijeron a mí y a varios más que llegaron con reserva confirmada que los precios que informa la plataforma de Booking no funciona, cancelan la reservación confirmada y te piden pagar un 50% más para quedarte. Cuando pedí explicaciones solo me dijeron que cancelarían la reserva. Y la cancelaron diciendo que los datos de mi tarjeta estaba equivocada solo para no informar el motivo real.

EXCELENTE CALIDAD - PRECIO
Pros:

El personal siempre muy atento con nosotros, además de su cercanía a la playa. Tienen restaurante y eso ayuda mucho ya que no debes caminar tanto, sus instalaciones muy limpias y siempre hay café en el hotel, eso se agradece un montón, si volvería ❤️.
