Debido a que el lugar se encuentra cercano a lagos al cerrar cuarto se siente a veces malos olores . . Pero es algo que se soluciona colocando buenos ambientadores en baños y cuartos

Las instrucciones y los recepcionistas.

Cons:

La del restaurante, poco amable y el trato a los clientes del hotel regular, a la hora de servir siempre es pega e inconveniente. Para pedir una cerveza en horario de apertura era un problema había que esperar que barran. Echen agua y hagan cuántas cosas se le ocurrían y usted esperando que ellas terminen de hacer cosas. Pedí algo de la carta y siempre eran pegas por todos lados, cómo si le estaba pidiendo algo, pésimo trato al cliente .

Pros:

Bien aseado, instalaciones bien mantenidas, habitaciones amplias con camas y almohadas cómodas, el aire enfría perfecto, el balcón con hamaca le da un toque extra. A 1 cuadra de la mejor playa cerca de la ciudad, además es una playa semi privada, se llena menos. Muy económico para estar en una zona de hoteles 5 estrellas. La piscina es limpia y segura, abierta hasta las 8pm. Los desayunos son huevo con maíz, fruta, empanadas típicas de la costa, pan, chocolate caliente y banano. Llenan y son ricos. Hay 3 almacenes cerca donde comprar comida, licor, etc.

Cons:

Actualmente, mayo 2026, están construyendo un edificio al lado, por lo que hay ruido de construcción. Realmente no sentí que el ruido fuera tan fuerte y solo es de día mientras uno sale normalmente, no me molesta. Pero para personas muy alérgicas al polvo y de sueño ligero puede ser un problema en las mañanas.

Si eres extranjero, no esperes agua caliente. En la costa nadie usa agua caliente en casa y solo los hoteles 5 estrellas tienen pero cuestan 6 veces más.

El personal super amable y el desayuno muy rico, tiene servicio de restaurante y la comida es deliciosa.

Cons:

Mi habitación el aire acondicionado casi no servía en las noches hacia mucho calor, y la puerta del baño se movía mucho y se abría sola.
