There was no NO HOT WATER in the shower, otherwise excellent.
I liked having an apartment with a kitchen so I could prepare food. The hotel was in a very convenient spot and the bed was very comfortable.
The kitchen had virtually nothing in it. No sharp knife to cut fruit etc, no dishwashing liquid, no cloth for cleaning pots or kitchen... nothing.
The water pressure was dismal.. really bad. I spoke to other guests who said they had the same problem. On top of this it took 15-20 minutes for the small amount of hot water to come through.
This is only a small thing but my room card kept not working. I had to see the reception staff 4 times about this in 6 days. Very annoying when I would get to my room and not be able to enter.
Lastly, the internet was a real problem for me. I teach online and could not work from the desk because the internet was so bad. I ended up working in the kitchen, which was very uncomfortable, because it was the only place I could manage. For normal internet use eg watching movies, messaging etc it was perfectly fine.. just not enough if you rely on video calls.
If it wasn't for the internet and water issues I would definitely stay again as everything else was good.
La piscina esta de lujo. La habitacion excesiva mente grande y un poco antigua. Pero las camas son cómodas y tienen buenas vista. Recomendable según precio en ese momento. No olvides instalar la app Grab. Para moverte en moto taxi o en coche taxi es muy económica.
The room was spacious and equipped with good comfortable bedding set. The fitness had lots of equipments to choose from.
The reception staff was awful and unwelcoming. In addition they were forcing stringent rules to the guests that did not come with grounded reasons. The deposit amount kept changing leading to believe that something was very suspicious about how the property operates. Some of the furnitures haven’t been cleaned for a while and could use some freshen up.

Nice big apartment in great part Bangkok . Great swimming pool.
It’s an apartment but they supply you with no detergent for washing dish’s or to wipe down benches.
رغم ان زيارة بانكوك كانت جميلة بشكل عام، إلا أن بعض المواقف تعكر لك صفو الزيارة خاصة في ما يتعلق بالإستغلال المادي الغير مبرر.
بعد حجزي لجناحين لمدة 4 ايام تواصلت برسالة لطلب تسجيل خروج متأخر لمدة ساعتين لأخرج الساعة 2 وذلك بسبب أن طائرتي بالليل ومعي عائلة وكان الرد في رسالتهم بأن ذلك يعتمد على توافر الغرف في يوم تسجيل الخروج. وعند وصولي الفندق وإنهاء اجراءات تسجيل الدخول طلبت من الموظف مساعدتي في تسجيل خروج متأخر لمدة ساعتين وكان رده بأن يعتمد على توافر الغرف وأنه لا مانع من تسجيل خروج متأخر في حال كانت شاغره.. في يوم تسجيل الخروج ذهبت للموظفة وطلبت منها تسجيل خروج متأخر لمدة ساعتين. أجرت اتصالات واخبرتني ان علي دفع مبلغ 1900 بات. رد مفاجئ رغم حجزي لجناحين ودفع مبلغ كبير جدا وطلبي تسجيل خروج مدة ساعتين فقط. ورغم ان ردهم في رسالة الموقع انه يعتمد على توافر الغرف بدون التطرق للمبلغ وكذلك الموظف الذي عملت معه تسجيل دخول لم يتطرق للمبلغ.
الخلاصة هناك استغلال غريب ومريب خاصة انك عربي خليجي ولديك عائلة. تتغير المعايير وتكون فرصة لكسب اكبر قدر من المال. جشع
the pool
dirty microwave I have pictures the oven and microwave tripped every two minutes. I had someone come up and saw where he flipped the fuse box so I had to keep doing that to make my dinner, but then my dinner was ruined. What was in the microwave because of how filthy at the top of the microwave was that fell into all of my food
Расположение отличное ! Убирают каждый день в номере , все работало как надо ! На ресепшене девочка не умеет улыбаться , покер фейсом все объясняла , но это никак не повлияло на отдых ! Мне понравилось , но на второй раз я бы не вернулся
