De kamer was erg comfortabel.
Een driesterrenhotel vermomd als vijfsterrenhotel. De kamer is erg comfortabel en het gebouw is statig, maar ze vragen westerse prijzen voor matige gerechten en drankjes, hierdoor is de prijs/kwaliteitverhouding niet goed. Het personeel blijft om je heen hangen en staren je aan, waardoor je nooit echt op je gemak bent, ondanks dit hebben we meerdere keren 40+ minuten moeten wachten op onze drankjes. Wij voelde ons erg onveilig in de stad en door de ligging van het hotel durfden wij niet zonder gids naar buiten.
Het hotel faciliteert weinig dingen op voorhand, waardoor je ook niet weet waar je wel/niet voor moet betalen. Ook wordt er over je eindrekening een belasting van 20% geheven, wat ook nergens vermeld wordt.

Breakfast was good, facilities were good. Pricing for the room is fair.
I think that the drinks are over the top. $9.50 for a coffee or a hot chocolate and it was very average in taste. You don't even pay that price in a western country.I was told that I would get 30 percent off dinner as I have a booked room. But that didn't happen. Staff asking to rate them on Google, they even have a QR code to do it. I think the managers should realize that it's a load ......

Area around the hotel isn’t so nice, the bar/restaurant os to expensive for the okay quality.
El desayuno fabuloso. Piscina infinita con vistas preciosas de la ciudad de Delhi. Espaciosa habitación con cuarto de baño grande con todo tipo de amenities. El personal muy atento y servicial.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel, especially entrance and restaurant staff. The facilities were very good also and breakfast was very tasty with a good selection and live stations. The bed was comfortable and easily fit a couple with small child. The extra bed was ok and not as comfortable.
The location was not so great if you want to explore by walking as the surrounding area was shabby, dirty and didn't feel safe to walk around. Otherwise, it was ok to get an Uber to wherever you want to go and location is fairly central to Connaught Palace and nearby attractions.
New property, well managed
Horrible location. Limited cabs, chaotic traffic right outside the hotel - not recommended unless you have work in this area.
