I really recommend this place.
Pros:

Literally its was incredibly nice,clean and well located. Team are so friendly, welcoming and helpful

L’établissement bénéficie d’un excellent emplacement en bord de mer, avec un accès direct à la plage.

Cons:

Pas de parking à disposition, il faut se débrouiller pour trouver une place de stationnement dans la rue, sans surveillance.

Aucun personnel n’est présent sur place. Nous recevons simplement un message WhatsApp contenant une vidéo expliquant comment accéder à la chambre. Une boîte à clés permet de déposer l’argent et de récupérer la carte de la chambre.

Il n’y a ni réception ni possibilité d’obtenir directement de la monnaie en cas de paiement en espèces. Aucun service de ménage n’est assuré durant le séjour.

De plus, les toilettes n’étaient pas propres à notre arrivée.

Pros:

Die Lage zum Strand war ideal, in der näheren Umgebung gab es Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Kommunikation lief sehr zügig und zuverlässig über WhatsApp. Den Schlüssel hat man über einen Schlüsselkasten erhalten. Es gibt viele Abstellmöglichkeiten, was in anderen Unterkünften teilweise zu kurz kommt.

Pros:

Location was excellent and the room was spacious with plenty of space to unpack clothes. Loved the balcony and the seaview.

Cons:

I arrived late evening and the property was very difficult to find even though the owner sent a buffer explaining where the property was located. However, I still had to ask for help from a local. Even the local found it difficult.

Sehr empfehlenswert und unkompliziert
Pros:

Der Standort könnte nicht besser sein. Das Zimmer liegt direkt am Strand. Die Zimmer waren schön, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Kontaktperson ist sehr freundlich und antwortet sehr schnell auf Fragen. Check-in und Check-out sind sehr unkompliziert. Die Key-Card befindet sich in einem Codeschloss beim Eingang. Zudem durften wir ohne grosse Diskussion eine Stunde später auschecken.

Cons:

Das Zimmer wird während des Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt. Badetücher und Handtücher werden nur einmal ausgetauscht. Wenn man jeden Tag frische Tücher möchte, kostet das 10 € extra pro Tag.

Lå rett på stranden. Fin utsikt

Cons:

Stein hard seng. Tv var bare koblet til streaming, men fant ikke noe Wi-Fi og måtte bruke nettet til en restaurant ved siden av. Var der en uke, men det ble ikke vasket/rengjort én gang. Dette er ikke noe leilighet, men et enkelt hotellrom med en liten tom minibar. Dyrt i forhold til det du får.

Mooie kamer ruim en netjes

Cons:

Waterpomp bleef een aantal nachten doordraaien en veroorzaakte veel lawaai in de kamer..
we moesten lang zoeken. Beschrijving was niet voldoende. Zet bij de beschrijving: naast het adriatik hotel dan is het snel te vinden.
