Gili Air special trip
Pros:

Nice little hut house with very clean room and nice semi-outside bathroom. Nice pool area and a few meters from the beach. Very helpful and nice staff. Nora organized our private return to Lombok. Some lovely cats made our stay even more enjoyable!

Warm hospitality and the most beautiful sunset
Pros:

I stayed on Gili Island for the first time with three friends for five days.
We stayed in a family bungalow that could accommodate three people.
The staff were all kind, courteous, and truly hospitable.
Whenever the three of us requested items we needed during our stay—such as chairs or an electric kettle—they arranged them for us right away.
They also always gave us detailed advice on sightseeing and transportation.

It was also wonderful that we could walk straight from our room to the beach to watch the beautiful sunset every day, and that they prepared a lovely bonfire for us every evening.

The staff at the front desk arranged everything for us—from transportation and bike rentals to activities—which made our stay truly comfortable.

The island is small, so you can explore it safely by bike or on foot.

If we ever travel to Indonesia again and visit Gili Island, we would definitely stay at this hotel once more to experience its warm hospitality and kindness.
We are grateful for the wonderful stay we had.


私は友人3人と初めてギリ島に5日間滞在しました。
3人で宿泊できるファミリーバンガローに泊まりました。
スタッフの方々はみんな親切で丁寧でおもてなし精神に溢れる方々でした。
3人で滞在中足りない物品（例えば椅子や電気ケトルなど）をリクエストするとすぐにアレンジしてくださいました。
観光案内や移動し手段もいつもきめ細やかなアドバイスをくれました。

また部屋からすぐに海岸に行って綺麗な夕陽を毎日見れたこと、美しい焚き火を毎日用意してくれた事も素晴らしかったです。

ホテルのデスクの方々が、移動手段、レンタル自転車、アクティビティの何もかもを手配してくれて、本当に快適に過ごすことができました。

島は小さいので安心して自転車や徒歩で散策できます。

私たちはまたインドネシア旅行をしてギリ島に訪れたら、また必ずこのおもてなし精神と優しさ溢れるこのホテルを利用したいと思います。
素晴らしい滞在ができたことに感謝しています。

Cons:

シャワー室がトイレと一体型なので、シャワーを使うと床全体が水で濡れてトイレに行くときに困ったり、脱衣場がないので困りましたが、ホテルの方に追加の椅子を置いていただいたらだいぶ改善しました。

Loved it.
Pros:

We did not have breakfast at the property but really enjoyed the beautiful view with our coffee every morning. Best location on the Island with the best sunset.

Pros:

Cottage très mignon, petite piscine très jolie et agréable.

Pros:

The location was really nice as it's on the beach and nearby multiple good restaurants to explore.

Cons:

Food:
Coffee was very sour even with milk
Sushi was not bad but was not good, fell apart, not made right.
Payment:
They refused to let us pay by card, we needed to insist and then they tried to charge us extra 3% interest for the card device. Which is illegal by their law. Finally accepted when we refused and reminded them about the law.
Price:
It was too high for the kind of room and facilities they provide.

Overall: It was fine stay. Nothing too bad but it could get much better with a little bit of consideration and attention from their side.

Great staff, perfect sunset location
Pros:

Staff were exceptional, perfect location for sunset, away from the hustle of the port but everything very easy to get to on such a small island! Sushi was good and great cocktails too. Rooms were nice and cool, with good outdoor shower. Just be sure to keep the doors shut from mosquitos!

Cons:

You had to keep the curtains shut otherwise people could see into your bungalow as they walked past.
