Pros:

Mignon petit resort avec des chambres avec des bungalows à la décoration originale
Pros:

Nous avons passé deux nuits très agréables.
Les chambres sont dans des bâtiments très originaux en bois, avec la salle de bain à l’extérieur et une petite terrasse extérieur avec canapé à l’entrée. Je les décoration sur le thème Afrique.
La piscine est petite mais très agréable.
Tout le petit Resort (12 chambres je crois au total) sont un peu en retrait de la plage.
Le restaurant de l’hôtel est top pour prendre un verre pour les couchers de soleil (tarifs élevés).
Je recommande l’expérience !

Great location on the quieter side of the island.
Pros:

We had a great stay at Hakuna Matata, we liked the location on the quieter side of the island with just a few meters walk to the beachfront, and around 20 mins walk from the harbour/busier areas. Staff were friendly and happy to help, and as a cat lover I enjoyed getting to know the resort kitties! Nora helped us to organise our boat and car transfer to Lombok which was very smooth and on time with a boat pickup right on the beach in front of the property, so I would recommend the hotel-organised transport if needed.

Pros:

Location. Bed super comfortable as were pillows. Beautifully presented with flowers. Lovely bathroom.

Cons:

Pool area could do with a spruce up- rubbish near pool. Adding some outdoor plants around pool would soften area and make it more welcoming.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön gestaltet. Wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Lage am Strand hat uns sehr gefallen. Die kleinen Terrassen bieten eine tolle Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns bei all unseren Aliegen unterstützt. Wir empfehlen es weiter!

Cons:

Da man aufgrund der Gezeiten nur am Morgen am Strand baden kann, fanden wir den Poolbereich etwas zu klein.

Pros:

Les petites cabanes étaient très mignonnes et bien pensées. La salle de bain extérieure avait son charme (mais aussi l'inconvénient des moustiques).
Ils prêtaient sac de plage et chapeau ce qui était agréable.
Laundry à 25k/kg prête dans la journée.

Cons:

Je m'attendais à un plus gros complexe, centré autour de la piscine ou de la plage. En l'occurrence c'était plus une petite succession de cabanes avec une petite piscine, plus là pour la décoration. Pas de plage de l'hôtel, juste 3 parasols.
Donc plus un lieu pour dormir que pour y passer la journée. (Mais j'ai l'impression que c'était pareil dans beaucoup d'hôtel du coin).
Le restaurant était un peu cher pour ce que c'était.

Quiet and good place to stay on Gili Air
Pros:

Beach location, nice pool. Staff friendly and helpful and very responsive to an aircon problem we had. Beach massage was excellent. Restaurant was good too especially the prawn tempura. Gili Coffee Roasters down the road was good for breakfast/coffee.

Cons:

Pool lounges were a bit tattered. Limited dining options in the area. You’ll need to hire bicycles or scooters to get around the island from here.

Cons:

Luca pulizia in bagno, ci ha sorpresi uno scarafaggio morto rimasto in bagno fino alla fine del nostro soggiorno.
Piscina piccola e poco pulita.
Materassini della piscina brutti, vecchi e sporchi.
La colazione non all’altezza,
Ho chiesto il pane con il burro e la marmellata e sono andati in crisi, ci hanno messo 45 minuti per portarmelo.
Per poi darmi la margarina per cui sono stata male perché non l’ho digerita

Sehr empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sowie die Lage war wirklich traumhaft schön. Das Personal war freundlich und die Anlage sehr sauber.

Cons:

Preislich sehr teuer, aber man ist eben auf einer wunderschönen Insel.

Lovely hotel in a great position on a stunning island!
Pros:

Beautifully decorated, quiet and very clean Lumbungs. Amazing position on the beach and the Hakuna Matata restaurant served some of the most delicious Japanese food we’ve had.
Nora on reception went out of her way to make our stay exceptional and we’d like to thank all the very friendly and helpful staff. We had an amazing time!!!!

Beautiful setting, great staff.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Just off the beach. The restaurant was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Occasionally there was a wood smoke smell in the room but I don’t think it was from the resort.
