The access to our Spa requires advance booking and is subject to availability.
Guests may enjoy indoor facilities for 1 hour per day free of charge.
Please note that pets are allowed upon request and subject to approval. Dogs and cats are allowed, max. weight 35kg. A charge of 40€ per pet, per night will be applied (max. 2 pets per room). Guide dogs free of charge.

Cons:

Corporate events! Our room was close to corporate events. These events took over sky bar so we couldn’t use it.
Lifts didn’t seem to interconnect so had to use different lifts to get to different floors.
Room wasn’t cleaned until late afternoon every day.

Nyt, godt hotel med høj standard og med en ok central beliggenhed og flot udsigt mod Porto siden.

Erwartungen erfüllt, mit kleinen Abstrichen
Pros:

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage, erfreut stellt man auf Schritt und Tritt fest, dass das Budget für dieses Projekt offensichtlich nicht der entscheidende Faktor war.
Im Restaurantbereich sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Cons:

Angesichts des überzeugenden Gesamteindrucks fallen "Schönheitsfehler" um so mehr ins Gewicht:
- Reinigung im Detail verbesserungsfähig
- Toilettenpapier-Halter fällt fast aus der Wand

Ich hatte ein Komfortzimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf den Douro. Abgesehen davon, dass es eher ein "Balkönchen" war, war das Zimmer aufgrund des beschränkten Tageslichts eher düster und gegen den Flur, wie leider die meisten Hotelzimmer - warum eigentlich? - akustisch schlecht gedämmt.

Really nice to spend the afternoons relaxing by the pool.
Pros:

Great bars, restaurants and pool area. Staff all very helpful.
Location was fantastic

Cons:

More vegetarian selection in the restaurants.
Razor clams in Boa Vista restaurant were very disappointing.

The best high end hotel in a great location.
Pros:

This was a slice of modern heaven. We used the spa services and were very pleased. Everything was high end service with guests first.
