It was perfect
Pros:

Everything: The staff from reception Thandeka treated me well from the day I arrived until I checked out. The restaurant ladies were awesome, they made me comfortable. And the rest was just perfect.

Cons:

None, was a bit disappointed with the Spa owners.

A relaxing get away, walking distance to several amenities
Pros:

We checked in really late and the staff accommodated all our requests. The breakfast was good and the hotel esthetic is chic and modern. It is right across a major mall and the pick up point for the airport shuttle.

Cons:

That we couldn't bring drinks or left over food from outside.

Comfortable and great hotel
Pros:

As always it's always a pleasure to stay at this hotel when I am in SD. The food and staff are excellent. Great location, secure and close to a lot of amenities.

Pros:

O hotel é lindo, tem tudo o que a pessoa precisa para se divertir dentro do hotel. Tem o bar, 2 restpurantes, casino. Os funcionários são muito simpaticos e prestativos. A localização é excelente. Esta em frente ao Shopping dá para ir a pé, e tem paragem de chapas em frente ao hotel.
