Clean, great location, plenty of parking, easy experience
Rooms are a bit tired but that explains the price
Open and good seating arrangements
Good parking plenty of space good bar staff and a pleasant atmosphere
Good location for town centre and train stations. Helpful and friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable The food in the restaurant was lovely
Staff very helpful and friendly! Restaurant bit pricey! Would come back to stay again . Happy customer
Restaurant bit pricey
Lovely quiet area, very friendly staff. There is a fan in the room which was necessary for the hot days since there is no air conditioning in the room. The room was quite large and clean.
It’s a bit out of the way, there is not much in this area besides the pub. A little pricey for what it is but probably because it’s used for events such as weddings.
We came up from Northampton to Warrington for our Nephew’s 50th birthday so the hotel was perfect
Very disappointed with our room, No shower gel in the dispenser and we did not bring any, we only had i bath towel between us and and one hand towel, and no wifi at all
Also through the night a noise kept us awake like a generator
Kind regards

Breakfast was exceptional.
It was all good
Le restaurant
L’emplacement
Good value and restaurant attached is very handy.
Rooms were super hot so a better air conditioning system would help in the summer months.
The hotel was lovely and clean , staff were friendly and for what we needed the location was perfect
Great location - easy walking distance to the town centre, but far enough away to be reasonably quiet. Not only is there the pub/restaurant next door to the hotel, but also another pub just across the road, as well as the delights of Warrington within a 5-10 minute walk. The room sizes are always generous and it's so good to be able to have a bath!
The hotel could really do with a refurbishment. We stayed at the hotel 4 years ago and the decor was looking tired then, it was definitely much worse this time. The shower was also less than ideal with low water pressure and difficulty switching between bath and shower (the shower was over the bath). Placement of power outlets could have been better.
I don't think we would stay here again until a refurbishment had taken place.
Location
Breakfast service was a disaster
Chef can’t cook bacon and eggs
Superb accomodation. The Aircon on a very hot day was very welcome.
The location about a mile off the North Wales Expressway was really convenient. To leave a busy road and find yourself in an oasis of beautiful countryside with outstanding views of the Dee Estuary was amazing.
My wife and I both agree we were very lucky to find this gem of a place. The house manager Callum was so friendly and is an asset .
Nothing to dislike at all.
