Pros:

Excellent location and very nice and clean apartment!

Cons:

Not a complain, but the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, people with limited mobility should be aware

Een van de beste plekken om in Como te zijn!
Pros:

Dit was een bijzondere verrassing. De ligging net naast hret centrum. Je bent echt in een paar stappen midden in het centrum met alle leuke restaurants, ijstentjes, het meer en de winkels die gelukkig nog geen onderdeel zijn van een franchise. Wat te denken van een hoedemaker die er al sinds 1917 zit. Of een wijnproeverij waar ze ook nog lekkere hapjes serveren. IK zou je aanraden om het restaurant op de begane vloer - waar je verder niks van merkt - te reserveren voor een avondje authentiek eten. Geen pizza of fake pasta. Maar alles home made en served met een smile. Hier eten ook de locals dus dan weet je dat het goed zit. Finally, de communicatie via de WA gaat flitsend snel.

Cons:

De bovenbuurvrouw vond het nodig om tijdens haar verblijf om 0600 uur rond te gaan lopen op klompen. Dat was minder. Een tip: check even of alle sleutels passen. In mijn geval was er wat gewisseld en moest er tot twee keer toe iemand komen om dat te herstellen. Btw die persoon was er in 5 minuten.

מיקום מטורף, נקי ויפה.
היתה לנו בעיה ובעלת הדירה דאגה לנו מאוד ונתנה לנונדירה מדהימה

Cons:

קומה 4 בלי מעלית וחניה פחות נוחה. 300 מטר משם יש חניון בתשלום. מסרבל את כל המזוודות

La proximité du lac moins de 10mn à pied, proche du funiculaire, proche commerces, bar, cafés, restaurants, cathédrale magnifique, à 15mn environ de la gare, les renseignements par mail avec la propriétaire

Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de cafetière à capsules, et des crochets pour suspendre les grandes serviettes de toilettes

Non ero mai stato a Como, è stato molto piacevole, ci ritornerei, magari con un soggiorno più lungo.
Pros:

La posizione ,in centro a Como molto comoda per raggiungere tutti i posti da visitare.
La camera spaziosa ben curata , la zona è molto amena.
