Piso en el centro
Pros:

Piso en el mismo centro de Como. Situación inmejorable

Cons:

El edificio mes antiguo, y el acceso al piso es por unas escaleras no muy grandes sin ascensor. Si tienes problemas de movilidad o no puedes subir 3 pisos con la maleta a cuestas, no es tu opción

Pros:

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super Zentral. Zum öffentlichen kleinen Parkplatz brauchten wir zu Fuss nir knapp 2 Minuten. Wir haben dort über den Dächern des Duomo überhaut keinen Lärm gehört und dank Klimagerät auch bei Aussentemeraturen von 35 Grad wunerbar geschlafen. 👌

The flat was in a perfect location to explore Como. It was easy to find and get access into. We were greated with an ACd room which was lovely especially in July heat - very thoughtful of the host. The flat had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable beds, lovely bathroom.

Vistas al duomo de Cómo. Ubicación fantástica 🤩
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, en un lugar privilegiado y perfecta para recorrer la zona. Además, tuvimos un problema con la cerradura de la habitación y el personal reaccionó de inmediato, cambiándonos de habitación rápidamente y haciendo que la incidencia se resolviera sin mayores inconvenientes.

Como aspectos a mejorar, el alojamiento no dispone de ascensor y las escaleras son estrechas, lo que puede resultar incómodo si se viaja con equipaje o carro (
De bebé (como fue mi caso). Echamos en falta persianas o algún sistema que bloqueara mejor la luz, ya que la claridad de la mañana nos despertó bastante temprano.

The property is just really a block away from the Como cathedral.

Cons:

I was really disappointed because our access to the property was poorly delayed due to the inconvenience in the payment of the Property City Tax. This payment of the city tax is one of the two requirements in gaining access to the property. This city tax payment is done by paying the PayPal link that is provided the management. Since I don’t use PayPal, I requested for another method of payment that is available to normal credit cards. Three times the management said they that have provided this link via their latest email and three times their email didn’t supply this link. So I didn’t have access to the property by the time we arrived. It was resolved by reciting my credit card over the phone. Then and only then that the management sent me the access code to the property. How I wished that this predicament would not happen to the next traveller.
