Pros:

ホテルと違って広い。
洗濯機、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、食器類、利用し、快適に過ごせました。

Cons:

建物のセキュリティがしっかりしている為、たくさんあるエレベーターでの移動に最初は戸惑いましたが、慣れたらOK。3日以上の滞在に最適。

釜山駅に泊まるならおすすめ！部屋は家族五人で十分すぎるほど広く、港を見下ろし少し先に橋を眺め、夜景も綺麗だった。
Pros:

食洗機、洗濯乾燥機、さらに予約時には気づかなかったが服のリフレッシュができるマシーン？があるのがよかった。ちょっと羽織っただけの上着代わりのカーディガンなどはここでリフレッシュ機能をつかって洗わずに除菌できたので、便利だった。そして部屋がすごく広かった。玄関は一つでその先が二つの内玄関に分かれていて、右手はマスタールームとリビング、左手はゲストルームが２部屋あり、どちらにもキッチン、シャワー、トイレがついていた。
地下鉄釜山駅からKTXの駅を越えて歩いて10分くらい。構内の歩き方はなかなか分かりづらいけれども、釜山駅にマッコリの販売所、おでんの販売所などあり、迷いながらの道すがら楽しめた！
特にボクスンドガのシャンパンマッコリは美味しかった！

Cons:

ディッシュソープとスポンジはあったけれども、食洗機用の洗剤、ランドリー洗剤などはない。
トイレットペーパーはあったけど、キッチンペーパーはないです。
キッチンはあっても調味料など一切ないので実際にはレトルトのおかゆを湯煎で温めるくらいしか使えませんでした。
そして食洗機よりもコーヒーマシーンが欲しかった。
ネトフリに繋げなくてテレビがちょっと不便だったのと、あと、なぜか床暖房が入ってしまって切るのに一苦労💦
エアコンなども設定がハングルで難しく、翻訳アプリのパパゴ必須です。

Pros:

New, clean, and spacious apartment in Busan. Felt very well-maintained, and the place came with a full set of utility/kitchen facilities — we didn’t end up using them, but it’s great to know they’re there if needed. Would recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay.

This spacious hotel-apartment featured three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a comfortable living room, making it an excellent choice for families or groups. The location was fantastic, situated between Busan Station and Busan North Port Park, with beautiful views of the city. The area is surrounded by numerous dining options, including several Michelin-starred restaurants, and having a CU convenience store on the first floor made it easy to pick up snacks, drinks, and other essentials.

Pros:

Directly connected to Busan Station, 2 convenience stores in the building, very clean and spacious apartment, there was even a walk-in closet. Air conditioning, kitchen, and washer work well. Clean dry bathroom with shower booth.

Cons:

Nothing! Although a clothes drying rack would be nice.
