La ubicación es muy buena, en pleno centro. Zona segura y llena de bares y restaurantes

Cons:

Hubo un apagón de 24 horas, lo que provocó que estuviéramos sin agua caliente, luz, internet o aire acondicionado. El personal no da explicaciones, solo una linterna. El gerente está desaparecido (ilocalizable) y nadie da la cara.

Our stay at this location was perfect.
Pros:

The location was perfect for our trip. The 2 bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Every amenity we needed was available. The young lady (Katie) at the front desk was absolutely fabulous. She was personable and knowledgeable of the surroundings. She made the process extremely easy.

Everything was actually great.

We loved our stay here and I will definitely be back the next time I am in San Juan!
Pros:

It is a beautiful building in the middle of Old San Juan, and the room was amazing. The staff were very friendly and gave us great recommendations for dinner and breakfast spots.

Cons:

It can be a little loud if you are in a room right on the street at times, but they do provide earplugs at the front desk for those who tend to be light sleepers.
