اولا حجزت غرفة هذه غرفة فعليا اصغر من السجن الانفرادي . استحالة تقدر تحط شنطتك قمت بالترقية الى غرفة vip ودفعت ضعف المبلغ . المكيف حار جدا . الثلاجة لا تبرد . كل شي بالمال حتي صابون البانيو. موظف الاستقبال بالليل سيئ جدا وغير محترم وقام باتهامي بالباطل ولم يعتذر . الفندق لا يوجد بالقرب منه حتي بقاله ستضطر للمشي اقل شي 11 دقيقه لتجد بقاله . لا انصح ابدا به يعتبر ثاني اسؤ فندق ازوره في حياتي . حتي مدخل الفندق سيئ لا يوجد حتي عامل للحقائب .

Our room was smaller than expected so next time I would book a bigger room. Rather annoyed with influencers who were constantly posing and taking photos whilst we were trying to enjoy a happy hour drink
Staff very friendly and was aloud early check in. Rooms great plus have a balcony if upgrading. Smart tv in the room and bathtub also. Tea and cofffee also availible

I really enjoyed my stay at Le Jardin Secret Saigon, mainly because of its fantastic location. It’s very close to District 1, yet far enough to avoid the heavy tourist crowds. I personally love experiencing the authentic daily life of locals, having the same food, drinks, coffee, and tea, and this area is perfect for that.
A big highlight nearby is Vinh Khanh Food Street, which I highly recommend to anyone visiting Saigon. The atmosphere is vibrant, and the seafood there is absolutely worth trying.
Another personal favorite of mine is a nearby Elsa nail studio where I go every time I visit Saigon. Jing, the nail artist, does an amazing job every single time, which makes the location even more special for me.
As for the hotel itself, I really like the interior design. It has a unique, almost cinematic feel, like stepping into a movie scene or a kind of elegant masked ball setting, which gives it a distinctive charm.
The staff is friendly and welcoming, and this was actually my second stay here, mainly because I genuinely like the location and overall vibe.

This was my first stay at Le Jardin Secret Saigon, and I immediately liked the location. It’s very close to District 1, but in a quieter area where you can experience more of the local daily life, which I personally really enjoy.
Vinh Khanh Food Street is just nearby and definitely a highlight, especially if you like seafood and a lively, authentic atmosphere.
The hotel itself has a unique interior design, with a cinematic, almost elegant masked-ball kind of vibe that makes it stand out from typical hotels. I also used the bath during my stay, which was a really nice touch and perfect for relaxing after a long day.
The staff was friendly and welcoming, and overall it left a great first impression, which is exactly why I decided to come back again.

Déçue de la chambre attribuée, tres petite pour une de luxe alors que lors de ma réservation, les visuels montraient des chambres beaucoup plus grandes

Le personnel n’aide pas pour monter les valises alors que l'escalier eau beaucoup de marches pour arriver a la réception
Amazing stay. The hotel is very clean, the location is perfect: close to District 1 but still quiet, away from noise while being near all main points of interest.
The staff, especially the receptionists, were incredible. I am traveling by bicycle and they helped me with many things — honestly, I was really impressed by their kindness and support.
Service was impeccable, the small pool is a real plus. I travel a lot, and this place truly surprised me in a very positive way. Highly recommended.

noise cancelling of the room is poor. guests used balcony for smoking and drinking and talking till 4am and the hotel cant do anything about. swimming pool is not usable: not clean, no lifeguard, being seen by people using the cafe
