A breath of fresh air as we were traveling for the Cima hospital close by.
Pros:

This breakfast was great. The staff were so friendly. It was a buffet. The selection of fresh fruits, various cereals, grains nuts proteins etc was abundant. My coffee cup was never empty. Everything was easy to get to. The descriptions on the dishes helped. A variety of breakfast foods from other cultures were available too.
My bed was so comfortable, not all places in Costa Rica use nice mattresses.
Parking was validated for our entire stay.

Cons:

The drive into the underground parking was a bit confusing. I was not sure if the parking was for the hotel. The lot does service a very nice outdoor mall also. We will use valet next time.

Great stay, will be back again
Pros:

The valet parking attendant was great, and the Front Desk people in the Consigli were all fantastic, warm and welcoming.

Cons:

I could’ve used a bed a little more firm

A New Hotel in San Jose
Pros:

The hotel is good and nice, it is a new hotel with a great Location.
The location is very close to great restaurants, nice bars and shopping centres.
The room is very comfortable (especially the bed and the pillows)
The hotel have a great service in the front desk and in the restaurant.

Cons:

The TV signal was intermittent, there were channels that were not working. The TV and the Tv signal would suddenly turn off.
The air conditioning was not powerful.
The cleaning of the room was fine, but the glasses and the crockery that we used were not replaced, they were used the first day and remained dirty during our stay (4 more days). The remaining dishes of the room service were recovery by the cleaning service only after 3 days.
