At the last minute, they changed the time of the breakfast buffet and had to eat at the restaurant cafeteria instead, which was a bummer

Free medical services?
Pros:

Proximity to Cima. My wife had a fever the first few days. The hotel sent a doctor to our room to examine her, gave medical advice, and gave her a shot. When we looked at the final bill from the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised that we did not see any charge related to the medical service.

Outstanding hospitality, a perfect location, and a team that truly goes above and beyond
Pros:

We had an unexpectedly long stay after a serious accident, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the hotel.

Every member of the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating during a very stressful time. They consistently went out of their way to check on us, help with anything we needed, and make us feel cared for.

The hotel itself was comfortable and quiet, with comfortable beds, a great breakfast, and a convenient location close to Hospital CIMA.

I’m so grateful to the entire team for their warmth and generosity. I hope our next visit to San Jose is under much happier circumstances, but I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
