Good hotel Peridot
The location it self was very good the atmosphere of the hotel was very excellent The rooms were very clean and stylish there was no noise in the hotel it was very peaceful there the service of staff vas very friendly
It was so awful that i was obliged to leave the hotel. Insent an email to the customer client : i want and need to be refund. It is thé worst expérience i had with booking.
There is no greater contradiction between the name of the hotel, Hotel Peridot, with Free Airport Pickup, the promise of a free shuttle service, and the cynical and shameful deception that my daughter (for whom I booked the hotel) encountered. The hotel boasts its free shuttle service. I filled in the flight details on the website in the hope that a taxi would be waiting for my daughter upon arrival. But no one was waiting for her, and I had to call the hotel and ask for a shuttle. It took them about an hour to arrange a taxi at a busy airport full of taxis. And when the taxi arrived, was it a free ride? You made me laugh. The hotel staff pulled out a demand to pay Rs 250 for PARKING. What parking? For dropping off a passenger at the hotel entrance? In other words, the parking is a disguise for charging money for a so-called "free airport pickup"
The price of the hotel included breakfast. However, breakfast is only served from 8:30. This is an airport hotel and is supposed to serve many passengers whose flights are much earlier, and when my daughter asked for a box of takeaway, as is customary in hotels around the world, she was refused.
And so, I paid for a hotel with a shuttle and a breakfast - with no free shuttle and no breakfast. Shame
Would definitely stay at this hotel again just for its proximity to IGI T3 and and its perferct plane spotting location! You can literally see planes up-close as they approach landing.
Our room was cozy and gave us the most needed sleep we needed after going around delhi. We were worried that we might get woken up because of the loud landing sounds but we slept so deep, we didn't even notice.
The staffs of the hotel was also accomodating.
My parents stayed here, and they appreciated the hotel too much.. they were very happy with the food, service, room and the hotel overall.. food was a little costlier but it was very good.. very reasonable decent and nice hotel.. staff members were very nice n the service was quick!
Excellent stay near the airport! The location is convenient, the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing. I especially loved the aloo paratha and puri bhaji. The staff were warm, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend this place

The South Indian breakfast was flavoured and good , really like the morning brea , front desk team is very efficient at work especially shivangi and sagar thank you guys
