Pésima coordinación del personal de recepción

La realidad es que no se coordinan el personal de recepción, está en su mundo, no te informan. Nada pedí a la carta y resulta que no facturan, otra cosa al chekout, el chico, le pedí mi factura y me dice que me la envían la correo y no siquiera me habían tomado los datos, luego dice que solo por correo, salgo del hotel y salen a buscarme que la lleve de la habitación, y me regreso y le dije hay la tienes, y me dice solo tengo estás usted no me dió nada y yo respirando profundo le dije pues esa es yo estaba instalando en esa, a lo que me contestó el chico, pero los controles tenían otro número de habitación, ose me imagino que piensan que uno llega y se sirve solo se pasa a recepción y toma la llave que uno quiere y los controles que uno quiere, que feo la verdad, no hay comunicación entre su personal y eso da un mal servicio

Al final solo salí y les dije, amigo, tienen que aprender a comunicarse, como es posible que el turno que entra no sepa que habitaciónes están ocupadas y cuando te hacen rellenar el formulario ellos hacen un registro y todavía cuestiona en que habitación y los controles no pues si.... Ahora los hoteles serán, pásele sírvase usted mismo...😁
