The location, reception staff were excellent but the hotel and its facilities were terrible!

The location and reception were excellent

Cons:

It was very dirty and tv was really bad, the beds were terrible and the cleaning staff refused to fix the bed or change towels. The toilets smelled and the breakfast was terrible and the hotel lobby smelled!

Pros:

Simple yet efficient accommodation for the relatively small budget and nicely located if you travel by car or have no problems to walk to the city. Pet friendly which is important and nice parking lot just in front of the building. Breakfast was decent. Quite and greenish area.

Cons:

Basically they were just a couple of scratches on the furniture and walls here and there which spoiled a little bit feeling of the perfection. But it's really nothing, may reasonably be expected for the price of this nice level.

Ваш отель очень уютный, нам всё очень понравилось. Было красиво, а номер был просто идеальный. Обязательно приедем к вам ещё не раз.

Комнаты были отличные, а интернет работал очень хорошо.
