We would definitely stay at this hotel again!
Pros:

Extremely clean, well thought through amenities (common area had many seating, pool table, lots of games, well stocked kiosk by the reception, a microwave), basic drinks such as coffee, tea, were in the lobby, a gym, a laundry room, dog relief area, safe location (we walked our dog in the neighborhood and felt safe). The reception faces parking and it is well lit. Breakfast had plenty of choices from pancake to bagels for us.

Cons:

No freezer in the fridge in the room, however, the hotel was able to freeze our freeze pack. Receptionist is not at the desk 24/7, therefore people need to wait for the person to return for longer than expected. There is a bell but even with the bell, I saw people waiting and waiting..... I assume it was a staff shortage day.

Probably the level of comfort was the best!!
Pros:

Very clean and friendly staff. The beds & bedding were very comfortable! Great breakfasts, too!!

I was delightfully surprise at every level and in every catagory of this facility.
Pros:

The lobby, front desk staff, room, available food in the lobby. Julian was an extraordinary employee. Friendly, professional, and a genuine nice person.

Nothing.
