Fun joyful for family trip

The parking and villa location , and reception employees Mohammed and iqbal , was really helpful and smily and very friendly

لا يوجد شاطئ للسباحة، ويوجد صراصير في غرف النوم، وتعامل الموظف بدر المصري لم يتعامل معنا بشكل جيد، عندما دخلنا للشاليه كان متسخ وطلبنا منهم التنظيف (أرفقت صور تثبت ذلك) عندما طلبنا فرش إضافي طلبوا منا دفع 150 عن كل مفرش.

النظافة متوسطة ليست كما في التقييم
الأثاث متهالك جدا وغير مريح
المسبح ليس فيه خصوصية حيث انه مكشوف من الفلل المجاورة
وقت الخروج وعدني يكون 2 واليوم الثاني الساعه 12 كلمني للخروج

It was really good.
Pros:

The receptionist was great. Mr. Bader and his team was great every things we needed is delivered on time. I wish there was lift in this Villa to help us go up.
Also if there is a shower out side it would be great.

Cons:

The stairs was too much to go up.

الإفطار عادي جدا والسعر الإفطار للشخص الواحد مرتفع جدا وموقع الفندق منطقه بعيده عن الخدمات المطاعم ولا بقالات قريبه

اتمنى يكون الاهتمام بالمرافق وكذلك الفيلا ونظافتها .

شراحة المكان وواسع التصميم جميل والاطلالة حلوة

Cons:

نظافة الفيلا الاثاث متسخ ومستهلك والتأخير في استلام الفلة والخروج مبكرا ؟! الدرج يهز اثناء النزول والطلوع المسبح غير نظيف

Wasn’t what we expected
Pros:

Not what we used to rent before

Cons:

The villa was supposed to be for 8 adults when we came the rooms were fine but the dining table were small and had only 4 chairs the sofas as well didn’t match the number of ppl it was for around 5
The outdoor had nothing no seats no pool neither a jacuzzi it wasn’t mentioned either in the details given
