Between January 15, 2022 - May 01, 2022, renovation works will begin on our 7-8 and 9 floors in our Hotel, and our 6th floor has been closed for sound insulation so that our guests will not be disturbed by the noises.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

the main person that saved my vacation was KAAN - the guy was amazingly talented at hospitality and i highly appreciate the way he handled our time at the hotel. for that i would rate him at 10! same with most of the stuff super pleasant and accommodating, the food was good, our room after it was upgraded was marvellous, it was my husband's birthday and the whole event was taken care of by kaan pampering and sending surprises. We also used the spa and the massage was very nice!

Cons:

the hotel was too crowded for us, on the first day it was not easy to find nice places to seat on the beach, apparently it is not only for hotel guests but also for the locals acting as a beach club - by the way the beautiful cabanas that you see in the hotel pictures are extra charged at 250 euros! per day, even for the hotel guests! same with jet ski 90 euros for 10 minutes...which I believe is a ridicules price!
I was highly disappointed and upset after speaking to some Turkish guests (main visitors at the hotel) realizing that as a "tourist" I've paid double the price for my stay! for a family of 4 for two nights soft all inclusive I've paid 1370 euros as opposed to some other guests who told me they have paid this price for 4 nights!! which is much more reasonable.

Casino müşterilerine ilgi kaybettikleri sürece iyi kazanınca düşmanca tavırlar vardı,
Bizim gibi kendi parasanı ödeyen tatilciler öteleniyor du, rulet turnuvası var denilip, plaja alımlar yasaklanmıştı, tam pansiyon olmasına rağmen su bedeli talep edildi, mini bardan bir kaç çukulata birkaç kutu kola ve meyve sularına 10 bin küsür bedel ödedik, kısacası müşterileri söğüşlemeye odaklı karşılığında hizmet vermekten zorsunan bir yönetim vardı

Otelde toplamda 3 tane asansör var, özellikle kahvaltı saatlerinde ve plaj dönüş saatlerinde asansör beklemekten yorgun düşüyorsunuz. Çalışan personel son derece vasıfsız, ne istediğini anlatmakta zorlanıyorsun, sipariş verdiğinizde sipariş çok geç geliyor veya yanlış geliyor. Check-in ve check out son derece uzun zaman alıyor. Oda temizliği öğleden sonra ancak yapılıyor. Alakart restoranlarda ve plajda birşeyler yemek veya içmek istediğinizde fiyatlar son derece fahiş.
