Best hotel of our trip.
Pros:

Our suite was very spacious with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. The staff was helpful with everything.

We had a lovely stay with you, Sam looking after the bar & restaurant was especially great, a real asset.

Pros:

Fantastic location overlooking lake at the top of the Main Street. Beautiful hotel. Fabulous breakfast. Friendly, efficient staff.

Pros:

Staff at reception and concierges were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The rooms definitely need renovation. Beds not very comfortable. Breakfast staff seemed overloaded although place wasn't full.

The hotel is charming with lovely staff. We were collected from the train station and a return was no trouble for them.
Pros:

The property was charming, full of character and in a great location.

The room was a little warm at night but opening the windows let in a fresh breeze fro the lake

Excellent hotel, stunning views, and great location
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, well cared for and clean. We had a lake front, balcony room. The view ftom the room was stunning - just gorgeous to look out and wake up to! Room decor was good and room was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, a very lovely dining room (had nice table linens) and overlooked the lake. Hotel staff were fabulous - friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is well located, close to central St Moritz, the escalator down to the lake and circular lakeside path, restaurants, and shops, It was perfect for us, we loved the hotel and St Moritz. We'll be back!

Pros:

Fabulous location. Excellent breakfast overlooking the lake. Very friendly efficient staff. Comfy bed

Cons:

Room was very dated , no hairdryer. Paper cups for tea and coffee in room . We didn’t realise that most shops and restaurants only open in June, so too quiet for our stay in May

Highly recommend and off season visit to this beautiful spot.
Pros:

Great location. Beautiful rooms. Nice staff especially Dario on front desk. Free shuttle to station. Free travel pass.

Cons:

Not their fault but emergency road work drilling outside hotel until midnight stopped us sleeping.

World Class Accommodation Not to be Missed
Pros:

Absolutely amazing hotel to stay at. From our transfer from St Moritz Bahnhof to the hotel and all service professionally provided by staff, this was a top class experience. Ilenia, Melanie and all front of house staff were the ultimate in ambassadors for Hotel Schweizerhof and St Moritz as an amazing place to visit. Highly recommended for an excellent place to stay in the centre of St Moritz.

Great stay ran by young, generous super friendly staff. Will hospefully be back again with family.
Pros:

Super friendly young staff! Very much appreciated the generous upgrade to a room with a view of the stunning lake and mountain and the complimentary drinks, chocolates and nuts in the fridge. Really an added generous touches. Very fitting especially celebrating my husband’s milestone birthday. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast with a view and it was also atmospheric with the snow outside. Appreciated the egg station which you can order omelettes.

Too tight bathroom space.
