Beautiful setting
Pros:

Fabulous location. Excellent breakfast overlooking the lake. Very friendly efficient staff. Comfy bed

Cons:

Room was very dated , no hairdryer. Paper cups for tea and coffee in room . We didn’t realise that most shops and restaurants only open in June, so too quiet for our stay in May

Highly recommend and off season visit to this beautiful spot.
Pros:

Great location. Beautiful rooms. Nice staff especially Dario on front desk. Free shuttle to station. Free travel pass.

Cons:

Not their fault but emergency road work drilling outside hotel until midnight stopped us sleeping.

World Class Accommodation Not to be Missed
Pros:

Absolutely amazing hotel to stay at. From our transfer from St Moritz Bahnhof to the hotel and all service professionally provided by staff, this was a top class experience. Ilenia, Melanie and all front of house staff were the ultimate in ambassadors for Hotel Schweizerhof and St Moritz as an amazing place to visit. Highly recommended for an excellent place to stay in the centre of St Moritz.

Great stay ran by young, generous super friendly staff. Will hospefully be back again with family.
Pros:

Super friendly young staff! Very much appreciated the generous upgrade to a room with a view of the stunning lake and mountain and the complimentary drinks, chocolates and nuts in the fridge. Really an added generous touches. Very fitting especially celebrating my husband’s milestone birthday. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast with a view and it was also atmospheric with the snow outside. Appreciated the egg station which you can order omelettes.

Cons:

Too tight bathroom space.

Excellent staff, great breakfast! A little pricey for off-season
Pros:

Location is perfect. Staff were VERY accommodating! They even arranged a train station pick at 21:00! Breakfast was great!

Cons:

A little pricey for off season. The town of St Moritz is pretty dead this time of year so cheaper rates would be good.
