Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, viel Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr bemüht! Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit unserer Zimmerkarte, aber uns wurde sofort geholfen.

Wir hatten zwar Klimageräte im Zimmer, trotzdem war es unterm Dach einfach zu warm, dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts, eher der warme Sommer

Absolute aanrader.
Pros:

Faciliteiten voor kinderen, maar naast wat de kinderen kunnen doen ook verschoonplekken, kinderstoeltjes, gerechten en eigenlijk alles om het voor zowel de ouders als de kinderen een perfecte accommodatie te maken.

Cons:

Eigenlijk viel er niets tegen. Het enige wat ik zou kunnen bedenken zou gaan over de enigszins gedateerde uitstraling van de kamers. Het is een oude stijl, maar hygiëne en vriendelijkheid zijn geweldig!

Gute Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip
Pros:

Schöne Unterkunft und modern eingerichtetes Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr gutes Abendessen auf der Terasse mit Blick auf den Pilatus.( nicht incl. )
Großer, kostenfreier Parkplatz am Haus. Nur wenige Schritte zur Bushaltestelle wo man mit der Gästekarte kostenfrei in die Stadt fahren kann

Cons:

Unser Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage, nur zwei Standlüfter die das Zimmer nicht herunterkühlen konnten. Da die Unterkunft auch noch an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße liegt kann man Nachts die Fenster kaum offen lassen.
Die Einrichtung des Frühstücksraum ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.
Das Haus hat meiner Meinung mehr Punkte verdient, doch aufgrund dieser Kleinigkeiten gibt es von mir 8 Punkte

Conforto em uma cidade encantadora
Pros:

Funcionários todos muito atenciosos e simpáticos. A hospedagem no hotel nos deu direito ao transporte gratuito até Lucerna, então aproveitamos pra economizar com estacionamento. O estacionamento do hotel também é gratuito. Tem uma área muito legal para as crianças, tanto interna quanto externa. Várias opções de brinquedos. Café da manhã muito bom (só não tem bolos).

Cons:

Estava quente quando nos hospedamos. O quarto tinha dois ventiladores que ajudaram um pouco. O trem infantil do Spielparadies não estava funcionando, as crianças acabaram se frustrando um pouco com isso. Mas ficamos só uma diária.

Aamiainen oli hyvä ja saimme moottoripyörämme lukittuun talliin majoituksen ajaksi. Meille asiakaspalvelu oli hyvää.

Cons:

Meidän kahden yön majoittumisen välinen päivä oli kansallinen juhlapäivä ja kun illalla palasimme hotellille, siellä ei ollut ketään hlö-kunnasta paikalla, eivätkä he tästä olleet edes maininneet mitään sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä.
Koko reseptionin alue oli pimeänä.
Hotellilla kävi illan kuluessa paljon majoituksen varanneita ja he kaikki olivat epätietoisia miten pääsevät majoittumaan.
Opastus heille oli ala-arvoista.
