Prima Unterkunft für einen Besuch in Luzern (günstiger als Hotels direkt in Luzern)

Sehr freundliches Personal. Kostenlose Parkplätze. Touristenkarte für die kostenlose Nutzung des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs (gut angebunden, ca. 25 Min. Fahrzeit ins Zentrum von Luzern) und reduzierte Eintritte/Tickets.

Pros:

Personal freundlich, Zimmer nach hinten sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war wirklich unterirdisch. Gesamte Kühlabteilung sah recht unappettlich aus, habe letztlich nur Brot mit Marmelade gegessem. Nichts warmes in Angebot.

Great hotel with nice and helpful staff, good breakfast and dinner
Pros:

The hotel is well located and offers a big parking, the staff is very helpful and we had a nice experience during our second stay at the hotel (thanks to Rita), the dinner was really good, breakfast was also good, the quadruple room was big and modern with a balcony (which is very practical for motobikers).

Cons:

During our first stay at the hotel, we had a quadruple room that would need some renovation.

Das Hotel ist super f¨ür Familien eingeichtet und sehr unkompliziert in der Bürokratie! Ich habe für uns Eltern udn unsere drei erwachsenen kinder mit deren Familen gebuch. eine Famile wollte schon einen Tag früher anreisen, was sofort möglich war. Wir wasren nach 12.30 Uhr an einem Hochzeit und konnten problemlos unsere Schlüsselkarten schon um 12 Uhr abholen. Einfach super.

Cons:

Ich kann mich über gar nichts beklagen. Alles klappte bestens.

儿童估计很喜欢，因为他们能玩的很开心。但早饭真是差极了。

家庭友好型的酒店，室内外都有儿童游乐场。

Cons:

早餐令人非常失望。早上7点半去吃早饭，没有什么可吃的。种类非常少，连蔬菜都没有。放着两个空着的保温盆。

Prima en Kindvriendelijk Hotel en Restaurant!
Pros:

De bediening is uiterst vriendelijk en prettig in omgang en communicatie. Goede locatie met voorzieningen voor de kinderen op een vriendelijke plek.

Er is een binnenspeeltuin en buitenspeeltuin aanwezig met een liliput spoorwegbaan.

Vriendelijke gastvrij personeel, mooie locatie, veel speelmogelijkheden.
Pros:

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij.
Speel mogelijkheden voor kinderen was super!

Cons:

Het eten was zeer prijzig en redelijk kleine porties. Ook bij kiezen van "grote" portie kreeg je niet heel veel.
De kamers en badkamers waren zeer ouderwets.
