Prima hotel. Maar voor de prijs had ik wel ruimer ontbijt verwacht.
Pros:

We hadden het hotel uitgezocht vanwege de faciliteiten voor de kinderen. De kinderen konden zich goed even uitleven na een dag reizen.
Ruime familiekamer met 2 persoonsbed en een stapelbed.
Ook erg fijn dat je bij het hotel ook goed kunt eten.

Cons:

Jammer dat je in de speeltuin voor bijna alles moet bijbetalen.
Ontbijt vond ik niet uitgebreid.

Tolles Angebot für Kinder. Kostenfreier Parkplatz. Nettes Personal.

Cons:

Leider kosten viele der Kinderattraktionen zusätzlich Geld. Der Gemüseteller beim Abendessen im Restaurant mit ein paar Stangen Rohkost war für den Preis ein Witz. Ebenso das Frühstücksbuffet am ersten Morgen. Vieles leer und es gab keine warmen Eier. Das Personal am Morgen war schlicht überfordert.

Goed geprijsd voor vier personen.
Pros:

Perfect hotel onderweg naar Italië. We hadden een 4 persoons kamer met vier losse bedden. Met de auto rijd je zo naar Luzern centrum waar wij ‘s avonds uiteten zijn geweest.

Cons:

De kussens waren heel dun maar voor 1 nachtje oké

Un lit trop petit

Ein gutes Familienhotel
Pros:

Personal ist super freundlich und versteht, was eine Familie mit Kindern für Wünsche hat. Selten so aufmerksames Personal gesehen. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls reichlich und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Parkplatz und Spielemöglichkeiten drinnen wie draußen für sie Kinder sind super. Ein wirkliches Familienhotel.

Cons:

Die Doppelbetten stehen locker nebeneinander. Das ist vorallem wenn die Kinder mit kuscheln wollen etwas unpraktisch. Ein topper oben drauf oder die Betten verschrauben würde es komfortabler machen.

Accès facile et grand parking privé. Personnel accueillant. Bonne cuisine au restaurant.

Situation proche de la route avec par conséquent le bruit de la circulation durant la soirée surtout quand on laisse la fenêtre ouverte durant une nuit chaude

Prima Unterkunft für einen Besuch in Luzern (günstiger als Hotels direkt in Luzern)
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Kostenlose Parkplätze. Touristenkarte für die kostenlose Nutzung des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs (gut angebunden, ca. 25 Min. Fahrzeit ins Zentrum von Luzern) und reduzierte Eintritte/Tickets.
