I booked this for a lady guest seeing the reception and the renovated spaces My guest was not satisfied
Pros:

The location is very central and convenient

Cons:

The property has better rooms which are not listed online on booking.com the rooms available on this portal are very basic . Lot of renovation is happening and it’s noisy right now.

Overall its good.

Cons:

Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. When booking through third-party apps, you only get one breakfast for a two-night stay because of the late 2:00 PM Check-in time. Even direct bookings only offer a 12:00 PM check-in. That being said, the breakfast they do serve is excellent.

The support staff were reasonable and helped with the requirements.

Cons:

The hotel is under renovation. The rooms are very old and needs refurbishment. The hotel doesn't offer basic room supplies like comb, shower cap etc .

Room had stains in almost every surface in the room. Had to change the room with extra fees. Got ripped off nevertheless
