Amazing Stay at Synergy
Pros:

The view when we walked in to the room was worth the amount we paid for sure, it was beautiful to wake up and see the ocean while sitting on the balcony to have a morning cuppa.
Synergy Hotel is very close to so much.
Right across the road from Broadbeach North tram stop, across the road from Gold Coast Exhibition Centre, about a 4min walk down to the beach and even The Star Casino, also has so many food places (restaurants, cafes) in walking distance including McDonald's, all within a few minutes of walking.
I was surprised at how close everything was.
Such an amazing stay, the staff were amazing and would recommend to stay if you get the chance.

Location was fantastic for getting around easily

Cons:

Honestly the room has been used a lot which is good for you . However the dirty marks all over the place coupled with some previous minor damage was not good practice and it had us worried about being charged for previous damage. As it was we left it better than when we got in.

Really Nice..!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made us feel very welcome. We would happily stay again and highly recommend this place to other guests. Thank you for a great experience!

Cons:

Nothing in particular—we were generally happy with the property. However, we would greatly appreciate it if some basic kitchen essentials such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a few common sauces could be provided. Having these items available would make the stay even more convenient and comfortable for guests. Thank you for your consideration.

Perfect stay over 7 nights. Our Apartment views were amazing.
Pros:

The apartment upgrade was amazing. Fantastic views from the 19th floor. Security was very good we felt very safe.
The location was so good. Close to the beach, shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a short walk to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. G train right at your doorstep.
Staff friendly.
We were able to leave our luggage after checking out.

Cons:

Nothing, our stay was perfect.
