Absolutely delivered what we needed and would stay again!
Pros:

Location is great - shops, light rail and beach. Room was spacious, had all amenities and was really comfy.

Cons:

Small thing but the TV was temperamental trying to get it onto Foxtel each time but we got there in the end!

Pros:

Location was excellent. The pool & spa area was great.

Cons:

Lack of parking to check in.
Couldn't find a hairdryer in the main bathroom only one connected to the wall in the ensuite.

Great location and facilities with friendly staff.
Pros:

Location is fantastic. Our room had view of ocean and mountains. The cleanliness in the room could be better. Found pubic hair on sheets and crockery. Soap Scum in bathroom and stain on carpet in main bedroom. Dishes needed further cleaning obviously previous occupant. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pool is heated and there is a spa. Did need to request extra blankets and towels which were given. Pretty happy otherwise.

Cons:

Was still needing a bit more cleaning rather relying on previous occupant to clean the apartment.

A beautiful place to stay on the Gold Coast
Pros:

The ocean views were sensational and the location was convenient to restaurants, shops and the tram station. The unit was also quite spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen wtih utensils was also handy. We enjoyed the heated pool and spa even though they are quite small.

Cons:

The beds and pillows!!! They were terribly uncomfortable. The air con wasn't very effective either and there is only one for the entire unit. Bare minimum toiletries, cleaning products and tea/coffee provided.

Apartment was a good layout and comfortable for our family of 4

Cons:

Told apartment would be serviced the next day, but was actually serviced on that day.. meaning one bed was not made as it had stuff on it.
