Don't expect a hotel if you book.
Pros:

The location was good. The room was roomy and I appreciated having a couch to sit and eat or watch TV. I appreciated the microwave and refrigerator.

Cons:

I thought I was booking a hotel when I booked. But this was a person's unit rented out. Therefore there was no daily cleaning, no change of sheets and towels. There was a washer, but no dryer... and crucially the water to the washer was turned off with no instructions on how to use the washer. There was a maintenance team that came and pretended like nothing was wrong, but they turned on the water without showing what they were doing (but I saw). So I enjoyed the visit, but it was a bit of a struggle.

I will stay again !
Pros:

The room was big and confortable. Fast wi-fii, water preasure was nice. The building location is conveninet as you have the mall nearby. The gym was nice and the staff always welcomed me with a smile. So I guess I will stay again. No insects!!!

Cons:

It was clean. However, the washing machine leaked a lot of water so I had to ask for help to clean up before going to office.
Also I am not sure if I miss something, but no service room was provided, I was expecting to have at least one sponge to wash the dishes.

Cons:

Disaster. It's like an Air B & B and I couldn't get into the room. The instructions with the confirmation were 100% incorrect. I had to walk all over the building trying to find a way in and finally found a security guard who let me in with a key. What a joke. I booked for 2 nights and left literally first thing the next morning. Horrible experience + I paid for a night and I wasn't there.

It was indeed a relaxing short stay would like to book again next time😀
Pros:

The staff were accomodating, the place was clean, AC was good, convenient to go around the city very close to malls, the pool was a bunos🤗

The only positive was the condo’s close location to the shopping centre. Very poor experience
Pros:

I was expecting a condo-style I apartment unit, but the experience was disappointing from the start. We were transferred from Room 1618 to Room 1612, and the owner could not be contacted from Day 1. I tried calling, sending SMS messages, and chatting, but received no response at all.

Unfortunately, I also left my speaker behind. All I am asking is for the owner to assist me in returning it by sending it to the following address:

4 De Pedro Street, GPS, Koronadal City, 9506.

Overall, it was a bad experience.
