Très belle adresse en plein coeur de Saint-Brieuc
Pros:

A Saint-Brieuc pour le festival "ArtRock", ce magnifique hôtel à deux pas du centre dans une rue calme et un peu en retrait est un véritable "havre de paix"! Un très bel endroit, simple et confortable à l'accueil soigné, idéal et reposant pour ce genre de weekend ! Nous serions bien resté davantage tellement nous nous y sommes bien senti! Belle adresse que nous n'oublierons pas!!

Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich
Das Bad sehr gepflegt und im Bett habe ich gut geschlafen.

Cons:

Der Flur zu meinem Zimmer war stockfinster ohne Licht und kein automatisches Licht.
Die Ausstattung des Zimmer sonst etwas zu altmodisch.
Zum Frühstück für 12€ gab leider nicht viel frische Angebote, viel Verpacktes und der Kaffee hätte besser sein können.

A good few days unwinding and enjoying the area and the hotel was a great location.
Pros:

Great breakfast prompt service, everything very clean and tidy. Charming proprietor and his wife.

Cons:

No air con but quite understandable in todays drive to conserve energy.

An excellent hotel in a central location
Pros:

This hotel is located right in the heart of the old town and has its own private parking area close by.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
My room had obviously been recently refurbished so was spotlessly clean and comfortable.
The proprietor has a small bar and there's a pleasant garden to the rear with plenty of seating.
The breakfast was self service "continental" with a comprehensive selection of bakeries etc.

Cons:

Unusually for a 3* hotel there wasn't any tea / coffee making facility in the room although the proprietor will happily brew up for you
