Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Please note that on Saturdays, and Jewish holidays, check-in is available from 18:00, while check-out must be done by 14:00. Please note that children under the age of 16 cannot access the spa. Please note that beauty treatments and massages are available at an additional cost.

חוויה מצוינת המלון נקי ומטופח, האוכל מגוון וטעים, והצוות אדיב ושירותי. תודה מיוחדת לטל שליוותה אותנו מרגע ההגעה ועד הצ'ק אאוט, דאגה לכל בקשה שלנו והעניקה שירות יוצא דופן, חם ואישי. בזכותה הרגשנו בבית לאורך כל החופשה. השירות והיחס שקיבלנו ממנה הם סיבה מרכזית לכך שנחזור להתארח שוב באותו מלון. ממליצים בחום.

Cons:

הדבר היחיד שפחות אהבנו היה נושא עמדות הטעינה לרכב חשמלי. במהלך השהות הן היו תפוסות רוב הזמן, ולעיתים אף על ידי רכבים שאינם חשמליים, מה שהקשה על הטעינה. נשמח אם בעתיד תהיה אכיפה טובה יותר של החניות המיועדות לטעינה.

מספר ימים לפני הנופש יצרה איתי קשר בחורה בשם טל, אמרה לי שכל דבר שאצטרך לפנות אליה, לא מובן מאליו, די הפתיע אותי. בחורה שירותית ומקסימה שבאמת דאגה לנו לפינוקים. נהנינו מכל רגע במלון ולבטח נשוב אליו!!!

Highly recommend!
Pros:

We had a great stay! Tal was extremely attentive and helpful with whatever we needed. We enjoyed the pool, spa and the night entertainment! Great breakfast and dinner and the poolside snack bar was great. Looking forward to coming again and bringing the whole family!

Чистый уютный номер, .комната после ремонта, кровать удобная ,вкусная еда. В целом очень понравилось .

Далековато от моря, мы просили пару раз принести одно БОЛЬШОЕ одеяло двухспальное, принесли но опять односпальное и это меня растроило, у нас с мужем была годовщина свадьбы и было очень некомфортно под разными одеялами спать. А так кроме этого всё мелочи.
