Hatten Halbpension gebucht. War ein Fehler. Zu Abend gab es zerkochte Spaghetti mit Tomatensoße ,wenn ich das überhaupt so nennen darf. Oder Hähnchenschenkel die im Öl geschwommen sind. Mehr nicht. Auch das Frühstücksbüffet hat leider auch zu wünschen gelassen. 4 Sterne in Griechenland sind halt nur 4 Sterne in Griechenland. Schade
Pool was nice although the plastic grids round the side need tending to as a holidaymaker fell down it, almost a bad accident.
We paid half board, breakfast not very nice, evening meal we went to the restaurant to find it closed and was advised to dine at the smash burger restaurant, following day restaurant open but food was not really any choice staff brought it out on a plate with a glass of water, 3rd day buffet open but again limited not very nice food apart from one dish. On arrival was given a room in the separate building overlooking the worst view ever of derelict houses looked like a crack den, asked to be moved which the receptionist did, much better. Rooms not that nice dated and scruffy but better view. Drinks from bar terrible, flat warm coke, don't know how to make cocktails and not the best value.

Do not book this hotel. It’s marketed as 4-star but nothing about it reflects that.
We were given an old, dirty room with mold in the bathroom and a foul smell coming from either the toilet or shower — we couldn’t tell which, and honestly didn’t want to find out. The furniture was broken — drawers wouldn’t close properly and things were falling apart. The sheets had stains on them. Dirty mirrors. Water not going away in the shower. And the AC unit leaked directly onto my friend’s head while she slept — so we had a choice: turn the AC off and roast in the heat, or leave it on and get dripped on. Genuinely absurd for a paying guest.
We complained at reception and were given a new room the next day. It was newer, AC wasn’t broken, but as dirty and just as smelly.
On top of that: paper-thin walls (you hear every footstep and conversation next door), housekeeping came exactly once in our entire stay, breakfast was mediocre, and the hotel sits right on a noisy street.
This is not a 4-star experience by any definition. I’d give it 1 star if I could. Avoid.

Das Team war immer freundlich und das Zimmer immer sauber.
Die Lage war gut um die Insel zu erkunden.
Das Frühstück und das Abendessen war sehr sparsam, nie gab es ausreichend Besteck, beim Buffet gab es wenig Auswahl und abends gab es nur eine Auswahl von 2 Gerichten, welche meist sehr fettig waren.
Die Hotelbar war sehr teuer, die Kellner hinter der Bar konnten teilweise keine Cocktails mixen oder haben die falschen Zutaten rein gemacht.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The room was good, and the pool area was very nice.
However, we think this hotel is best suited for younger guests. There was loud music and a lot of noise every evening and late into the night.
The staff at the reception were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful.
Η τοποθεσία ήταν καλή αν και απίστευτα δύσκολη στο πάρκινγκ. Και η κοπέλα στην ρεσεψιόν και μια άλλη κοπέλα από την Ινδία καταπληκτικές.
Τα δωμάτια είχαν απαίσια μυρωδιά απίστευτους λεκέδες από υγρασία στους τοίχους στην τουαλέτα δεν τολμούσες να μπεις από από την μυρωδιά που είχε. Εμεινα πέντε βράδια έξι μέρες δε μου αλλάχτηκαν ποτέ οι πετσέτες παρά μόνο την τελευταία μέρα που το ζήτησα εγώ γιατί ήταν αδύνατο να πλυθώ ίδιες. Τα σεντόνια δεν αλλάχτηκαν ποτέ όπως επίσης δεν είχε σκουπιστεί ποτέ το δωμάτιο καθώς υπήρχαν διαρκώς τρίχες στο πάτωμα. Η κυρία από την καθαριότητα μπούκαρε στα δωμάτια από πάρα πολύ νωρίς το πρωί ενώ στην τελική δεν ξέρω καν γιατί έμπαινε γιατί δεν καθάριζε ούτε έστρωνε απλά άλλαζε θέση στα μαξιλάρια.

Small pool but clean & pleasant.
On arrival in late afternoon given room key when we entered the room it hadn’t been cleaned and there was still dirty towels and clothes left about also bathroom & toilet were dirty. It was a small room with 2 single beds but we had ordered a lge superior room with lge bed and a single. Went down to complain and they said it was a superior room (no way)! so showed them a photo of what we had ordered they eventually moved us to a larger room with a lge bed and settee.The settee had a few stains on and the sheet only just fit across the bed so kept riding up everywhere.
