The houseboat perfectly combines traditional Kashmiri heritage with modern comfort. The handcrafted wooden interiors were stunning, and the room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well maintained throughout my stay.
The hospitality was outstanding. Every staff member was courteous, attentive, and always willing to help, making me feel like a valued guest from the moment I arrived.
The food exceeded my expectations, especially the chicken curry, which was rich in flavor, perfectly cooked.
The peaceful atmosphere on Dal Lake, combined with the beautiful views and excellent service, made this stay unforgettable

The houseboat rooms were exceptionally clean, hygienic, and well-maintained. All the necessary amenities and services were provided, making my stay very comfortable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed.
One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious food. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great care. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful surroundings.
What makes this place truly unique is that their island is the only land in the middle of the entire lake, offering breathtaking views and a one-of-a-kind experience that you won’t find anywhere else.

Very good stay, houseboat are fabulous , totally different experience from hotel. The view was awesome, and the food was also prepared according to our taste. Shikara ride was also a good experience for us. Overall the property is very well- maintained and very good.

This is one of most unique properties of dal lake, As, i have been in houseboats many times but this place has taken my heart. and one the best memories of Kashmir, the garden of the property is very well maintained, and there is a lot of space,
the dining is also good with buffy system, with 6-7 different delicious dishes, the houseboat rooms were clean ,spacious.& the view from the houseboats front sitting area is totally worth it. the staff was very cooperative , that even on one call they managed to give bottles at 2a:m,

It was a very comfortable stay , food was very delicious and was prepared according to our choice, the view from the property was fabulous, and the caretakers were very cooperative and humble, houseboat room were clean and the washroom were also clean , well maintained hygiene. The property manager mr Umar is a nice person, he guided us all the way, and gave us cab for the tour on very reasonable prices. Overall the property & their management was good very.

I loved the property and the staff. They took very good care of us and provided all the facilities that we asked for. All the staff members — Aadnan, Ryez, and others — were very helpful. And special thanks to Farooq, who took special care of us and arranged everything for us.

Location is fantastic - it's in Golden Dal lake, the most beautiful place at stay with the most amazing views. this is the only place in India I received this treatment. Especially Umar ( owner) who always looked out for me. however, the others are extremely friendly. Super recommended for Men & women traveling alone or With family / Couple 👨‍❤️‍👨! Also the kitchen and 'great and are always willing to get you what you ask for ... and more' have fun a lot !!! Do not miss
