The front office staff ( Martin & Ankush ) were extremely cordial and pleasant. I had a surprise when I was informed 2 days before check in that my reservation has been cancelled since I did not pay the advance. I checked with Booking.com and they confirmed that my reservation is in place and they confirmed that I was not required to pay any advance. On reaching the hotel, they Informed me that booking stands cancelled and so I asked Martin and Ankush to contact booking.com and they did the needful and got my booking reinstated. Both of them handled the issue in a very matured manner and full marks to them.
I was very disappointed in the manner the property was bombarding me with messages every day asking me to pay the advance although it was clear in my booking with booking.com that I did not require to pay any advance. I wish to highlight that this is not acceptable behaviour and the property should exercise some restraint and avoid messaging people unless required. They should sort out with their aggregator whatever issues they have with regards to specific booking and not bother guests. The material used in the rooms were good but the upkeep of the rooms were far from acceptable. Although we were booked for 2 nights, we vacated the property after one night and shifted to another hotel.

Gave a headsup during my booking that i will be reaching the hotel around early morning and requested to give me room than regular check in with ready to pay. While i landed i was told simply no rooms available at 5AM and been asked to stay in Pantry area which is not in cleanliness situation. This has forced me to search for other hotel to book on early morning 6AM to refresh. Not happy with the services.
