I like that it was clean and stuff. Easy to check in.
We had issues with the TV. We got told someone will come and change our room. They said 20minutes but no one came and changed our room. We waited and then just fell asleep as no one was picking the call aswell.

The second room we had unfortunately most of the plug sockets didn’t work meaning no tv and awkward to boil a kettle etc

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing stay and not what I would expect from a Radisson Blu, particularly at this price point.
The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable, and the TV did not work properly. It would not connect to the internet or allow casting. We reported this, but nobody came to look at it until around an hour and a half later. By that point, after a long flight and with work later that evening, we had given up and were simply trying to get some sleep.
Room service was probably the biggest disappointment. A pint of Corona was advertised, but what arrived was a hoppy Sharp’s lager instead. The chicken burger was described in a way that led us to expect fried chicken, but arrived grilled and was not eaten. The steak was around 50% fat and gristle, and everything seemed to have strange chopped green herbs scattered over it including in the sauce for the steak which added very little in terms of flavour.
Trying to resolve the room service issues became unnecessarily difficult. I sent a message through the hotel app which was ignored. Reception then told me they could not issue a refund, while the restaurant manager was apparently too busy to speak to me. He eventually called my mobile several hours later and said a message would be left with reception so the refund could be processed at checkout.
The following morning I was then told reception could not do it after all and was sent back upstairs to the restaurant to sort it out. This extra delay meant I ended up overstaying my parking.
The overall impression was that the staff were very overstretched, stressed and managers no where to be seen. I do not necessarily blame the individual staff members for that, but it has a noticeable effect on the guest experience.
This was actually me giving the hotel another chance after a previous stay where noise had been a major issue.

I asked the receptionist if we could change rooms because of the view, she did so, ( I think her name was Christina) and we were very grateful.
That there was not a heated towel rail in the bathroom.

The breakfast staff were gaggled together no one looked up to say hello all giggling at a screen. We had to go to them to ask for salt as no tables had it we were brought an open salt mill of sea salt without a top to grind it. She overfilled it so didn’t empty it to make it work. No consistency on table laying and just let the stay down. It needs a supervisor on breakfast front of house staff. Room good.a rabbit warren of corridors to get around but that may have been due to out of order lift.
Staff were good. Very clean and a great shower. Good breakfast plenty of variety.
