Lovely hotel, convenient location for the Yala safari
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and the accommodation was beautiful, nice and clean.

Ruime kamers, mooi hotel.
Pros:

Zeer ruime familiekamers met een grote badkamer.
Stille omgeving, wel wat verder van de stad dus je eet best daar iets. Wij hebben hier overnacht na de Safari, als doorreishotel. ‘S morgens zie je de aapjes rondom spelen. Mooie chalets.

Cons:

Als we iets moeten zeggen dan het zwembad. Is mooi, net zoals op de foto’s, maar het water was echt troebel. We durfden er niet in zwemmen.

Pros:

Mooie kamer, ruime douche met prima waterdruk. Airco lekte water, door de hoeveelheid water wel uitgezet laatste nacht. Mooi zwembad en mooie tuin. Hele lieve gastvrouw! Deed ontzettend haar best

Cons:

Zwembad had extreem veel muggenlarven. Manager was beetje opdringerig. Kwam vaak met zijn notitie boek om de drankjes te noteren. Heel beperkt assortiment drank (alleen cola en sprite).

Peaceful place
Pros:

The location is peaceful and very close to the entrance of Yala National Park, making it an excellent base for a safari. The staff are genuinely kind and welcoming, and the food is exceptional.

Cons:

The room could have been cleaner, the swimming pool was not in a condition to be used during our stay, and the refrigerator was not working properly. We understand that maintaining a property surrounded by nature is challenging, but these are areas that could be improved.

Pros:

This was a great place to stay near Yala. It is in a very quiet location, but not too far from the main Yala gates, so it is convenient for safari pick up/drop off. We had dinner included for convenience of an early night. The meal was outstanding & so much food for two people. They also packed a breakfast for our early morning safari.

Cons:

The pool did not seem clean during our stay. It was usable but cloudy. The beds are firm with a light sheet - it's fine though if you prefer a soft bed, this isn't for you.

Pros:

The staff was really friendly and nice. They were super helpful. They arranged us packed breakfast and lunch to take on the safari. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Special mention of the food, it was absolutely delicious. All the meals were excellent.

I would recommend this property, and the pool and staff was great.
Pros:

All the amenities were spot on, I found the bed too hard, staff were great, communication was good and food was excellent, our dinner and safari bfast was superb.

Nice stay and a convenient location for the jungle safari
Pros:

Stayed here for a day and it was a great experience. Rooms
were clean and the staff was very helpful. They also arranged the jeep for the safari.

アットホームな宿
Pros:

スタッフの方々が本当に親切です。ホテルというよりアットホームな宿でした。サファリツアー参加の都合上、食事をホテルで取ることができなかったのですが、サファリツアーから戻ったあと、ツアーで配られた朝食をダイニングで気持ち良く食事させていただきました。

20 Min. vom Yala Narionalpark entfernt - tolles Essen - nettes Personal
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, welches bei allem weiterhilft. Wir haben diese Unterkunft aufgrund der Lage gewählt, da wir Nahe am Eingang zum Yala Natiinalpark sein wollten. Bereits um 04.30 Uhr gings los mit der Safari und wir waren Jeep No.1 in der langen Kolonne. Wir haben direkt zu Beginn Leoparden gesehen (2 Meter von uns entfernt!) - hat sich somit 100% gelohnt, obwohl man uns im Hotel etwas verwirrt angeschaut hat,als wir meldeten, dass unser Guude schon so früh los will.

Vom Hotel haben wir Sandwiches, Bananen und Wasser für die Safari bekommen. Mega toll!
Das inbegriffene Frühstück war an den anderen Tagen super (sehr üppig) und wir hatten auch zwei sehr gute Abendessen (Roti, Paratha, Curry, Kartoffeln). Alles frisch zubereitet und mega lecker.

Die gute Seele des Hotels ist "Shanti". Sie hat uns und vorallem unsere Kinder so warmherzig umsorgt. Wir werden Sie lange in Erinnerung behalten.

Wichtig: frühzeitig melden, wenn man dort essen will - der Küchenchef braucht mind. 2h Vorlaufzeit. Auch Frühstück genau vorbesprechen, damit alles klar ist.

In Gehdistanz gibt es das "Cafe Culture", wo man etwas essen kann und einen kleinen Laden, für das Nötigste. Direkt an der Strasse gibt es das "Laama Spa", wo meine Frau eine sehr gute Massage hatte (nicht billig aber lohnt sich).

Unser Fanilienzimmer war sehr geräumig und das Bad war auch gross. Betten sind gut.

Wir hatten manchmal Affen auf unserem Dach zu Besuch, was unsere Kinder freute (sind scheu und ungefährlich).

Cons:

Der Pool wirkt etwas schmuddelig und das stehende Wasser ist sehr trüb - hat uns nicht zum baden verführt. Es sind keine 5* mehr und max. knappe 4*.
