Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is excellent, and everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sadly Disappointed
Pros:

The hotel appears to be going through a refurbishment, with new doors, improved rooms, repainting etc. The bar staff around the pool were great, but that is where it ended.

Cons:

Had to complain several times for room not being cleaned, towels that were occasionally left smelt awful (Damp) so we ended up using our own. As a returning customer the breakfast has gone down hill, bread not replenished, and salad buffet open to flies. Not sure if this is now under new management but although the facilities were being improved, the service and standard has dropped a lot since last year. Staff appeared unhappy.
