Pros:

A lovely family run hotel in a quiet area with beautiful views. Very clean and comfortable. A small, basic breakfast was included. Only a few minutes train into Appenzell

Cons:

Due to being a little isolated a small fridge in the room would've be good

Ein empfehlenswertes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal bei etwas höherem Preisniveau
Pros:

Das Personal war aussergewöhnlich freundlich und sympathisch.
Das Essen im Restaurant fanden wir sehr gelungen; optisch und geschmacklich ansprechend, gute Auswahl, keine allzu lange Wartezeit, bei normalen Preisen.
Der Wellnessbereich mit Sprudel- und Dampfbad sowie Sauna ist okay. Bei zu vielen Besuchern wird es aber etwas eng.

Cons:

Für das Niveau des Hotels war die Auswahl beim Frühstück doch etwas bescheiden. Die wichtigsten Komponenten waren aber vorhanden.

Superbe endroit pour partir à la découverte Appenzell
Pros:

L'accueil est très sympathique, le personnel est d'une gentillesse authentique, la chambre est rénovée depuis peu, tout est moderne et très propre. La literie est très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est bon, il y a des produits frais locaux. Le restaurant propose une carte simple, mais les plats sont savoureux. Possibilités de promenade juste derrière l'hôtel. L'hôtel se trouve à deux pas de la gare, mais nous avons passé une nuit sans bruit.

Cons:

Seul le prix me semble un peu élevé pour la région.

Außerordentlich nettes Personal/Eigentümer. Schönes Zimmer, sehr gute Küche. Nicht weit zum Golfplatz 😊
