Good price but spartan.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable but the room is very small so one side of the bed is pressed against the wall.
We appreciated the banana, granola bar and green tea.
Good value but spartan.

Cons:

We were surprised to learn of the shared bathroom so the robes were appreciated.
The shower is an old style sliding door with a protruding bar on the inside which I banged my elbow on twice.
There are no mirrors in the bedroom so all grooming must be done in the shared bathroom.

I had a very pleasant stay and would stay there again.
Pros:

The property is located near beautiful parks and was safe and quiet. The bed was comfortable. There was healthy snacks provided, and everything was well appointed and very clean. There is a kitchenette with kettle, coffee machine, toaster and microwave. There is shared bathroom and it was so clean.

Accommodating staff, clean room.
Pros:

It was so clean. SO CLEAN. They were also so kind when I had to check in late because of delayed ferries. Normally I wouldn’t book a place with a shared bathroom… but this one was so clean. Also, they left the best snacks. I’ll definitely stay again.

Cons:

For a 1 or 2 night stay it was perfect.

It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. A perfect stay!
Pros:

I was driving from the northern end of the island for a music festival in Victoria, so the location within Nanaimo was irrelevant. It was a little hard to find the correct turnoff, but the host was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was extremely clean. In addition to providing oatmeal for breakfast, there were two granola bars, two bananas and two little bottles of water in the room. Guests share a bathroom, but there are only two rooms. (I never saw the other guests.) The room is small, but the bed was comfy and the open window provided a breeze. The room is an amazing bargain and I would stay here again without question. Thanks!!

If a dog lived there and had visited me, I would have liked it even more.

Cozy night in a cozy room!
Pros:

- bequemes Bett
- sauberer und warmer Raum
- Küchenzeile mit Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher und minimalistischem self serve Frühstück (Haferflocken etc. Nicht inkludiert, wussten wir vorher nicht, ist sehr cool, das ist einfach sehr aufmerksam von den Gastgebern)
- Badezimmer sauber und mit Hygieneartikel Schrank für die Gäste (falls etwas benötigt wird z.b Frauenhygiene, Pflaster, Zahnpasta, Zahnbürste etc.)
- Gastgeberin war freundlich und sie gibt euch Privatsphäre (kein unnötiger socialize Talk)
- Parkplätze vor der Unterkunft
- WiFi war tip-top!

Schuhe bitte ausziehen beim eintreten in die Unterkunft, das Zimmer ist abschließbar und die Gäste haben einen eigenen Eingang (abends bitte anschließen wenn ihr die letzten seid!)

Zuerst war die Außentür verschlossen, aber die Gastgeberin war schnell da und gab uns den Schlüssel bzw. alle Instruktionen!

Wir waren an dem Abend alleine dort, was super angenehm war, denn dadurch war es echt ruhig, es gibt nur ein anderes Zimmer, wir hatten eigentlich dieses gebucht, aber die Gastgeberin meinte wir können es uns aussuchen!
Also ein kleines kostenloses Upgrade bekommen sozusagen :)

Vor der Unterkunft gibt es Lokale/Bars und mit dem Auto seid ihr schnell in der Stadt, bei Einkaufsläden etc.
Zu Fuß können wir leider nicht bewerten!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen diese Unterkunft 100% weiter!

Der Preis ist für Kanada und speziell Vancouver Island OK, für das was man hier bekommt sowieso!

Wenn ihr mit dem Auto anreist, werdet langsamer wenn ihr Richtung Einfahrt kommt, sonst verpasst ihr sie und fahrt vorbei (geht ziemlich schnell 😅)

Tatsächlich nicht wirklich etwas, wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit!

Pros:

Cozy comfort rooms was a one night layover before my medical appointment and I am happy to say it was well worth it. Nice quite comfortable and relaxing. Adequate breakfast amenities a comfortable cozy place to sleep and peace of mind. Would definitely book again.
