The swimming pool was great for my six year old son, there was a kid’s pool which was very safe. We loved the room which was on the 21st floor, and had spectacular views of the city. The location was excellent for our family to visit relatives in the city. There are plenty of little food stalls, coffee shops and a hairdresser within 2 minutes walking distance. All staff were friendly and helpful, and made sure our stay was memorable.

We arrived against midnight after a heavy travel, at the desk we found out that our booking agent made a mistake, we had no booking for the first night, the 2 following nights were ok, it was for 2 rooms. The staff proposed the most expensive room with a big discount, they said no need to check booking.com. While booking 1 room with them i found out that on booking there were many cheaper rooms available. I told them and they replyed the hotel is fully booked no meaning to book with booking.com, it will be cancelled. I didn't believe and i booked, paid and booking was confirmed with booking number. Then i showed them my booking and ask to give my cheaper booked room. They said they didn't receive the booking..... Normally when they receive booking and they have not the room, they have to give upgrade for free. By saying they didnt receive my booking they forced me to pay the most expensive room of the hotel. They said i had to cancel on booking.com to get refund, but i could not as it as a last minute deal, not allowed to cancel (they should know, or unexprienced?) . So i also lost that money. staff was very unfriendly

Everything just the morning breakfast should have more options and the sky bar to have more upscale alcohol

Notre arrivée ou nous n'avons pas pu entrer à l'heure précisé sur la réservation, à savoir 14H00. Nous sommes entrés à 15H00. Nous étions fatigués et la chambre n'était pas prête suite à une arrivée massive de clients, plus de 100 touristes au CHECK IN à 13H00 lors de notre arrivée mais cela ne devait pas entraver notre arrivée en chambre à l'heure. Sinon, tout notre séjour a été vraiment très sympa et de très bonne qualité.
