This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Very good communication with the staff. All the instructions were given well in advance and we had no problems getting into the appointment. The location was also great , close to everything in the city center an dalsoalso next to the river.

Cons:

Very loud from the outside, but it's not the property's fault. We were ok with the outside noise (party boats. Car, buses) but if you're into something more quiet , it's probably not for you.

Très déçue - la 1ere fois c’était parfait la 2eme fois déception

Je n’ai rien aimé , emplacement dans une ruelle à ne rien voir du paysage , en haut de la ville ( j’ai des problèmes pulmonaires c’était très compliqué cette emplacement) le matelas déformé en cuvette , pas pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres et les rideaux trop de vis à vis proche , à l’opposé de ce que l’on avait réservé initialement , pourquoi noter le personnel vu qu’on a vu personne et j’ai rendu l’appartement plus propre qu’à notre arrivée

El baño necesita pintura. Los azulejos fueron pintados y en muchas zonas esta desconchado. Mal aspecto. La ducha de mano no funcionaba, solo la de techo y, aunque avisamos no lo solucionaron.

Cons:

Appartement détérioré pour des infiltrations d’eau, rendant les murs et plafond fragiles. Ménage a désiré, on avait encore des poils par terre dans la salle de bain. Le service journalier ne lavait pas nos tasses à café et nos verres. Pas de porte serviette dans la salle de bain, à la place on avait des trous rebouchés à l’enduit pas repeint.
