This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Needs more attention to detail
Pros:

Easy to find and near to most sites. It's an old building with large rooms that have unique and distinctive traits. With a bit more attention to detail, this would be a marvelous spot. We were worried about noise given its proximity to restaurants, next to and beneath the rooms when first arriving, but as it turned out, the jazz, saxophones and blues music that drifted from them added immense charm. We ended up looking forward to who would come next.

Cons:

There is no air-conditioning, the shower tap mechanisms don't work, and despite advertising kitchen facilities, they didn't even leave us teaspoons.

Une catastrophe, réservation pour 8 personnes en décembre 2025, le jour de notre arrivée en mai 2016, juste avant de prendre notre avion, je tombe sur un mail qui m'annonce l'annulation de ma réservation pour "dégâts des eaux", avec aucune proposition de relogement, rappel nous sommes 8 personnes, ni par Guest Ready, ni par booking avec qui nous avons réservé, c'est honteux. Il a fallu redebourser un logement pour 8 avec une promesse de remboursement, mais dans combien de temps ? Et pour se faire "pardonner", Guest Ready nous propose un code promo pour une future réservation, seulement sur ses logement, alors que nous avons réservé par booking ! Du gros foutage de gueule, à fuir, expérience de merde

Pros:

Jó helyen van a szállás, szép kilátással a folyóra, minden könnyen megközelíthető gyalogosan. A ház előtt áll meg a villamos, ami az óceán partra megy.

A nappaliban 2 helyen, a hálóban pedig egy helyen hatalmas beázások voltak, az egyik helyen már a penész is megjelent a mennyezeten, és a tapéta is kezdett leválni. Előre jeleztük a szállásnak, hogy 2 külön takarót szeretnénk kérni, és nem egy nagy 2 személyes takarót. Amikor odaértünk láttuk, hogy nem kaptunk külön takarókat, írtunk nekik, de nem sikerült a kérésünket teljesíteni. Forgalmas helyen van a szállás nyitott ablaknál elég hangos, főleg szombat este, amikor szinte minden autó dudálva haladt el a ház előtt. A folyosón éjjel nappal ég a villany, és mivel a bejárati ajtó fölött üveg van ez a fény bevilágít a hálószobába. Aki kimondottan sötétben szeret aludni annak nem ajánlom. Mi a legdrágább szobát választottuk, ár-érték arányban egyáltalán nem ért annyit.

Die Lage ist gut, mit Blick auf den Fluss und die Stadt. Unten gibt es ein gutes Restaurant und das Interieur ist schön.

Ein Kritikpunkt, der unseren Urlaub zwar nicht beeinträchtigt hat, für manche Gäste aber störend sein könnte, ist die Feuchtigkeit, die offenbar aus der Wohnung darüber kommt. Ich denke, die Eigentümer sollten sich damit befassen und das Problem lösen, denn das Apartment hat wirklich viel Potenzial und Charme!

Pros:

i never arrived. i am extremely upset at the change you made when i was walking in the camino. i spent a lot of my valuable time to determine on your hotel and i tbink that to change it was abominable. i find it difficult to believe that you didn't know about renovations when i made the booking a few days earlier. i am entitled to a complete refund . and intend to take the neccessary steps to receive it

All in all, it was a good stay.
Pros:

The room was very spacious. And the location was fantastic. Even though you had to walk up the hill a lot of the things to see it was a great location.

Cons:

It would’ve been really nice if the guest can drop their luggage off. Or leave it in till they either move on to a different place or their flight leaves. Porto was very hilly and it is a lot to drag your luggage with you.

Riesiges Zimmer in grandioser Lage zu fairem Preis

Das Zimmer ist riesig und die Lage grandios. Alles war sauber , an ein paar Stellen im Bad schon etwas bröckelig . Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit Ein bisschen Besteck wäre hilfreich oder eine Tasse und ein Teller .
