Direkt an der Kasbah. Zimmer hat alles, was man braucht. Sehr angenehm und bisher unser bester Schlaf auf Reisen. Alles sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter kümmern sich um alle Anliegen. In den Pool haben wir es leider nicht geschafft, da wir sehr kurz da waren, aber er sah sehr sauber und lockend aus.
frühstück und Abendessen sind sehr touristisch und sparen an Gewürzen. Wahrscheinlich um Unverträglichkeiten zu vermeiden, aber wenn man viel einheimische Küche isst, eher enttäuschend.

De kamers zijn donker zonder een raam met buiten zicht. Vies beddengoed, oa bloed. Zelfs andere kamers die ons werden aangeboden hadden alle veel bloedsporen etc in het beddengoed. Avondeten, wij hadden kip die zo hard en uitgedroogd was dat er niet op te kauwen viel. Ontbijt minimale keuze met wederom hard brood. Zeker in vergelijking met alle 8 andere hotels waar we geweest zijn waar het ontbijt zeer uitgebreid was. Hotel en zwembad niet aan elkaar dus apart naar het zwembad lopen over een bouwplaats. Bij het zwembad is ons 2x gevraagd de auto te verplaatsen voor het bouwverkeer. Restaurant was dicht wegens verbouwing dus bij het zwembad eten. Veel locals in het zwembad die niks anders doen dan alleen maar kijken.... personeel staat ook te kijken ipv dat ze aan het werk zijn om bv de kamers netjes te hebben.

Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich und hat uns die Zimmer gezeigt. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich sehr gut.
Leider war der Zustand der Betten für uns nicht akzeptabel. Die Bettwäsche wirkte stark vergilbt und insgesamt hatten wir nicht den Eindruck, dass die Betten ausreichend sauber waren. Wir konnten uns deshalb nicht vorstellen, dort eine Nacht zu schlafen, und haben direkt wieder ausgecheckt.
Sehr schade, denn die Lage und das freundliche Personal wären eigentlich eine gute Grundlage. Bei der Sauberkeit der Zimmer und insbesondere der Betten besteht unserer Meinung nach aber dringend Verbesserungsbedarf.
El trato del personal excelente, Hischam nos informó en español, y todos estaban siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos si teníamos alguna pregunta, las vistas a la Kasbah desde la piscina impresionantes, el desayuno marroquí muy completo.
Una ubicación frente al Ksar de Ait Ben Haddou inmejorable y a 30mn de Ouarzazate. Si se quiere estar más tranquilo que en la ciudad, desde luego este es el sitio. Luego, todos los empleados son de una exquisita amabilidad y la cocina es de 10.. la habitación muy confortable y de tamano enorme.....Nosotros estuvimos 4 noches y francamente: perfecto

When we arrived major construction works were underway outside the property which could be clearly heard from our room. We were not told in advance about these works. We had 3 nights booked but we left shortly after arriving arriving and we were charged for the full 3 nights. The pool is not located at the property and has broken loungers.

Having views from one of the rooms of the site was fantastic. Staff were courteous and friendly. The rooms were good. Breakfast and pool facility were very good
The aircon in one of the rooms did not have the same power as the other room which made sleeping difficult. The carpark outside was plagued by a man who kept telling us he was security and we had to pay for the carpark. The hotel told us that parking is free and to not give any money to him. Chased us again when we checked out. If this man has no authority, he should not be letting people believe they must pay as this brings down the lasting impression of the hotel.
Teljesen megfelel a képeknek és a hirdetésnek. Megfelelő volt a szoba, a tisztaság néhol lehetne jobb, de elégedettek voltunk. Az ágy és minden egyéb rendben volt, szappanok is voltak, a recepción nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek, a beszállókártya kinyomtatására is van lehetőség. A reggeli nagyon finom volt, kedvesen szolgáltak ki minket. A szálláshely legnagyobb előnye a tökéletes elhelyezkedése. Mindenhol a képeknek megfelelően gyönyörű a kilátás, nagyon közel van az óvároshoz, amiben a reggeli során is gyönyörködhettünk.
