Overall very nice and would recommend
Pros:

Staff very friendly and welcoming, let us check in early which was nice and the rooms were clean and tidy.

Cons:

A bit far out from town but can easily rent bikes to cycle, water wasn’t hot.

Pros:

Sehr freundlicher und bemühter Gastgeber, der uns sehr viele Empfehlungen gegeben hat, wie wir unsere Zeit nutzen konnten. Wir kamen früh morgens in Ninh Binh an und konnten uns noch etwas ausruhen vor dem eigentlichen Einchecken. Fahrrad- und Rollerverleih sowie Wäscheservice zu günstigen Preisen. Die Buchung unseres Busses, der direkt vor der Unterkunft gehalten hat, hat ebenfalls der Gastgeber übernommen.

Pros:

La simpatía y amabilidad del dueño, que te informa de las visitas más interesantes y de los trucos para que no te engañen en los puntos más turísticos.

Cons:

Falta limpieza, sobre todo en el baño.
No había gel ni champú en el baño.
No tiene dispensador de agua para rellenar botellas y no consumir plástico.
El gato se pasea por las mesas donde se desayuna.
Hay que subir a las habitaciones descalzos, por una escalera bastante incómoda.

Staff were unreal, super friendly and very helpful.
Quang was the best, helping me plan out my stay in Ninh Bình giving me a map and telling me where to go.. just an unreal guy cant recommend this place enough.

Der Besitzer Quang spricht wunderbar Englisch und hat uns gute Tipps für die Region gegeben. Er macht auch leckeres Banana Pancake oder Banh Mi zum Frühstück. Generell sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende.

Pros:

L'hôte et sa gentillesse. Nous avons passé un excellent moment en sa compagnie et celle de sa famille. La maison est idéalement située, à quelques coups de pédales ou de scooter pour visiter les principaux lieux de Ninh Binh.
Bon petit déjeuner également, les services de lingerie sont aussi très bien.

Rien, c'était parfait pour notre court séjour !

We especially loved Quang! He was super attentive, friendly and helpful. He gave us a lot of recommendations and helped us arranging everything. Besides, the facilities were great and comfy.

Warm en liefdevol verblijf
Pros:

Het warme gevoel wat je kreeg door Quang en zijn ouders! Alles was goed geregeld. Je kan alles regelen via de homestay. Ontbijt is goed en kamers zijn netjes!

Super Preis leistungs Verhältnis und unglaublich netter Gastgeber
Pros:

Sehr netter Gastgeber der sich um alles gekümmert hat. Er hat uns eine Route gegeben für die Umgebung was wir alles anschauen können/sollten, uns billig einen Roller geliehen und am Abreise Tag den Bus für uns gebucht der uns direkt vor dem Homestay abgeholt hat sogar für einen reduzierten Preis
